Long lines for a reason. Worth the wait
They had what i wanted in the tomato and cheese. With my hot beverage. I liked their chicken salad sandwich they had a while back. I don't understand, why they changed it up?
By far the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. Attempted to inquire about my drink and rudely treated as if I was in the wrong. Pulled out of drive through and sure enough drink was missing they entire main ingredient, thus had pull back around inline and wait again. Yes, treated rudely again as if my polite request was a burden.
The person who took my order was rude. Got order WRONG. I was told what I ordered was no longer available(yes, it is). Disappointed beyond belief!

2 grande cold drinks. One frap and one iced coffee. Mmmm....totally hit the spot. A small wait in line but after the nice lady took my order they called my name to pick up my coffee really quick.
