very good food and great service
Food was ok. Onion rings were the main reason for going. I asked for a salad instead of fries with my burger and the girl who brought our food to the table asked if I'd like a fork. Really! My girlfriend asked if there was any tartar sauce for her fish n chips and the girl who brought the food was confused and asked if we'd like some. which is the reason for asking. Our actual waitress was very good and was amused when we told her about food server
This location has stepped up! Good service and good food.
Food & drinks always good. But 2 of 6 party members told the crew it was a birthday. And no ice cream. No singing . We waited for it too. ?♀️
So disappointed to eat here! I love Red Robin!I ordered a hamburger, and it just tasted really bad as if the grill hadn't been cleaned in sometime, let alone I'd asked for med rare, and it was beyond well done.My glass of water tasted like chlorine.But our waitress was super sweet!
There was a 15 minute wait for the two of us. Sadly our service person was not the person we normally have and we noticed the difference greatly. She seemed preoccupied and so being able to have items we asked for in advance, when the food came we couldn't eat it. We finally started asking other service people for what we needed.The Burger, fries and Fish and Chips okay. Nothing notable. We didn't ask for fries to be refilled even she asked. We were just there much longer than it should have been.
We arrived around 1215 and the location was not as crowded as I would have thought, which made me nervous. Generally empty restaurants around lunchtime says something.We had a few minute wait in line while the young person at the kiosk dealt with an App order that the person was wanting to change things on, after the food had been prepared ?.Anyways our service was excellent, the best part of our visit.The food was tasty and prepared good as well, although it was automated and had no soul or love in it.
We order to go maybe once a month. Highly disappointed with my order today. Ordered $67 including tip and received maybe 10 fries with each order of clucks n fries. Extra order also had about 10. Usually we can’t finish all the fries but tonight we could have eaten more. Packaging has also changed. Wish I could get my tip back
It was so good and wonderful people there. Everything we ordered has no complaints. It packed with a lot of people, but still they got us in and out perfectly. Bravo
I got the new buzzin chicken sandwich. Once I got to the middle of it, the whole inside was RAW. I will never go back.
