We ordered 5 tender meal and 1 spicy chicken sandwich meal through door dash.The 5 tender meal was sold out so I was refunded. Instead they sent 4 sandwiches.Upon opening the sandwiches, there was no sauce and no pickles. I bit into one and there was a bone. Then my husband bit into one and got cartilage and found more bone. The other two were the same. We had bone in thighs in buns. No sandwich.When I tried to call and explain that this is happening, they wouldn’t answer… would pick up the phone and hang up, pick up and press buttons then hang up. One time the girl said it was Carls Jr and then hung up.Super unprofessional and dangerous!!!
I would give less than 1 star if I could. So terrible not worth the time! I ordered ahead for my food to be ready at 7:30. I had ordered blacked chicken tenders for them to only be out once I got up to the window. At the window they tried to charge me after I prepaid online. Then I waited forever for my food to be ready I didn’t receive my food until 8:00 pm which was the reason why I ordered ahead in the first place. Upon arriving home they forgot all of my sauces. So disappointed never going back again.
I went thru drive thru today ordered 2 piece both breasts which comes with fries n biscuit. I ordered xtra fries and 3 extra biscuits. The kid at window was rude. I asked to have order read back to me and seemed to have attitude. But he did read it back. At the window I paid then again he had attitude when I asked for my receipt. The receipt should ALWAYS be given otherwise how can you dispute a charge. Well I got home and my xtra fries were missing. After a long day of work I didn’t feel like going back. So they got an extra $3.65 plus tax. The kid had no customer service skills. No thank you have a good day nothing. I’m sorry if he doesn’t like his job but he’ll need better customer skills for the future. This is three days after I posted original review. Usually someone from company will post they are sorry to hear the service was lousy and try to make amends somehow. But no one seems to care what’s happening at this location. Not good for business. They can at least pretend to care.
Tonight on my way home to Stockton through Manteca I stopped at the Popeyes located on Yosemite. So there were three employees two females one male and when I say the service was absolutely horrible. I tried to order my mail through the drive-thru and I sat there with no response I got tothe window after waiting patiently for the server to get off of her phone texting and was told that I have to order at the window and to drive around again which put me behind two cars. I ordered a three piece all white meat, and then to confirm the order I was asked did I want a three-piece all black oh I'm sorry I mean dark meat. Joke was not funny not in the least bit. If this Crew still works there I would definitely not be recommending this location to any of my friends or family. Rude and disrespectful was the least of my concerns more so hoping that my food was prepared correctly after getting it and bringing it home I could not bring myself to eat it because if asking me if I want black meat versus dark meat when I asked for all white meat it's something that's funny to them playing with my food would be just another punch line to laugh about. ??
This is based mostly on the service. I ordered a 9 pc family meal & lg sweet tea. I'm told there's no such meal, as I'm looking directly at it on the menu. I'm given a watered down old coke with a busted lid that was a mistake made 30 minutes prior. I was overcharged by a couple of dollars. I told them about it & was told they knew about it & couldn't do anything. They couldn't even complete my 9 pc order, I had to take 2 plain pieces of chicken. 2 stars is extremely generous!
If I could give zero stars I would, this place sucks. the employees are slower than an old tortoise and don't have any common sense to fix anything. They blame each other, and they seem to hate their jobs.
The crapiest customer service ever. If they care about their franchise name, they wouldn’t hire people who have attitudes when you ask them to repeat the order just to ensure they have it correct in the system. Never will I allow a child like the one on drive through on the early evening of 12/31/21 to talk to me like she’s owed something. Her attitude almost got her pulled through the drive through window. I asked her to repeat my order she specifically said, “I told you that already.” Then when I told her that I realize that she had but I could not understand her, she got an attitude. So I drove off once I got upstairs to the window and showed her my military ID and she continued with having an attitude. I don’t own stock in the corporate entity of this restaurant and I am on the Board of Directors, so she miserably failed the test. Because I did not want to embarrass her in front of her coworkers, I did not ask for her name. But she needs to be terminated and I will ensure that that happens.
Worst customer service ever!!! Rude workers, horrible service. Owner needs to read these reviews and fire all his staff and start over. Went in there twice now both times stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes with not one worker acknowledging me. Nothing!!! I finally said can we get service they looked at me like I was crazy but still did not come to the counter. This place sucks and should get a -5!!!
I'm giving this location 3 stars because their dining area is closed to patrons, and you can't can't order Take-Out at the counter.. People don't always like to go through the drive through.The food is par to any other Popeyes I've been to though.Use the Popeyes app for significant deals like 3 strip combo for $6 or 6 strip combo with 2 sides/biscuit for $12. Drinks separate.
Bittersweet: Every single time I come at whatever time of the day, this location’s drive thru has me waiting for an hour at least. Love the food! Customer service is always excellent. Friendly for sure but drive thru to me always takes forever.
