I have called three times now, been over 1.5 weeks on the other two and no one will quote me a price over the phone or return a call with pricing.
Pizza Equipment pros. i don't know how they does business with customer. i was ordered cuppone dough press table. the table was damaged i don't know that damaged by the freight or by the factory. when i was contact the factory of same day about that issue they said we are not responsible this issue this issue between you and freight. i was received this delivery just half hour ago. how can they said we r not responsible. that order around 1300 dollars cost and factory said we cannot give you money back and we cannot give you another table.my recommendation if you ordering any stuff from this company.PLEASE DON'T TRUST THEM..
Pizza equipment pros do a great job. They have excellent pizza equipment! Customer service is excellent, and their service techs help you fix any problem you may have over the phone. And can get you the parts you need ASAP. A great group to work with!!
