I went here the other day for the first time and I loved it. I got the added ice cream and it's a nice little add-on for the flavor. Sadly I went today and the line is huge and one window is closed so I decided to come across the street. Maybe next time
Their ice is lightly shaved, making it an enjoyable treat. The flavors were not overbearing and offered the perfect amount of taste. I come back on a regular basis!

Worst Employee Interaction!! We showed up around 11:08am and realized they were closed so we parked and waited played with the baby and ate breakfast while we waited, around 11:20am we see two cars pull in and I said “oh cool, someone is here” I see a blue car with a young man pull up in the spot next to me so rolled my window down and he explained the spot I was in was for the manager, I responded with “oh no problem man we were just waiting for y’all to open I’ll move” he then responded rudely further explaining that was employee parking that if we wanted to wait we could wait on the street or at Black Bear Diner at that point I responded and said your attitude is unnecessary I am happy to move and wait for you guys to open and he flipped out and told me that’s why you’re not getting served you can leave. This young man’s attitude needs help! We’ve been coming here for 2 years and he’s been rude before but never like this. The parking is not posted employees only and black bear diner has clear signs saying BLACK BEAR DINER PARKING ONLY Truly sad how we were treated for waiting in unassigned parking. We won’t be back and I truly hope that man has a better day than the one he offered when we’re there. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve pull out of the drive thru and parked in those exact spots and no one has said anything especially not like that. Customer care sucks! I was happy to move but respect goes a long way! Good luck with employees like that.
Best shaved ice in the area. Hawaii is the only other place that can compete.

I just went for the 1st time today and oh my God it was so delicious and such a great price will definitely be going again...Maybe even later today!
