The food was delicious with generous portion. We did family meal combo. Our family were well fed and nourished. And the staff on the phone was kind and helpful. And also at check out staff was friendly. Thank you. We had a good meal.

Ordered and paid for what I thought would be two full-sized dinner plates (nearly $30) and was served less-than-lunch-sized portions (about 4-5 pieces) of cold food. Also, the "in-store" price is much higher than is shown online so if you want to be exorbitantly over-charged for a few bites of cold food, this is your place. Management was "too busy" to speak to me.

I would go to the one by in-n-out. This place will have you waiting 55 minutes for your order just for it to be wrong. Employees are lost and clueless

Food is ok. The chicken didn't taste great. Seems to lack flavor and tenderness. But crunchy. Service was ok.

Came in about 15mins after it opened. The customer service was rude and the tables were not cleaned. Good luck trying to get anything but the bare minimum from the people taking the orders. They had plenty of time to chit chat with each other but cleaning the tables was asking too much. ?

Good food and not bad price for the portions.

The food was okay, nothing spectacular. The service is what I disliked due to the fact that they seemed to be preoccupied with phones and other social media venues. Wait time was much longer than ideal and when I asked about the meals the employee had little info for me and did not know the difference between battered or grilled.. overall was not a very good experience ? ?

I ordered 2 plates of chicken katsu and this is what they gave me.

First time at the Ono in Manteca in the shopping center by Big League Dreams ballpark. The food was average. I've had better tasting food at other locations. The staff was not very friendly. I know it was almost closing time, but you're working in food service so customer service should always be first and foremost, no matter what time of day it is.We ate inside the restaurant. As we were eating, one of the employees started mopping the floor around us. This is one of my biggest pet peeves. Who wants to smell chemicals and bleach as they eat their dinner?! That was a huge turn off! I doubt I'll ever go back to this Manteca location.
