The worst food/customer service. The staff is inconsistent. Everytime I go here I'm always missing an item, modification request is not fulfilled, and sauce that I ask for is never in the bag. Just tonight I asked for buffalo sauce and they took my bag of food back and had me park..FOR SAUCE. And after 10 minutes they give me my bag and guess what.. NO SAUCES. I'm sure they were behind on my order and didn't want to apologize or even tell me what was going on. Don't come here.
They forgot to put a simple cheeseburgerburger in my bag at the drive through. And they expect 15 an hour? Sorry not sorry but this happens quite often. Their job is not worth 15 an hour. Get a real job at a warehouse or fix plumbing if you want a respectable wage. Im never rude to those workers ever. But forgetting to put the food I paid for in the bag is inexcusable. Do better if you want a reapectable wage.
They deserve no stars at this particular restaurant on Lathrop road in Manteca California. We were completely ignored as we waited to order our meal at the walk-in counter. When we finally did get waited upon the the associate was very rude. He acted very annoyed that he had to help us. I will never go to another McDonald's as long as I live. Horrible experience
Worst service, never go to this branch always make mistakes in orders. When you ask them about order they start arguing with customers. Treat customer like they are giving free food.
The person at the drive thru Cannot get the orders right. It's super frustrating and they can't even make it right once you get to the pick up window. Where are the managers ????

I've been here a few times and today will be the LAST TIME! The food was disgusting and poorly made. But the biggest reason? Because there were BUGS in my drink. And sadly I didn't know until I had drank almost half. I dont appreciate having to explain to my boss why I'm vomiting in the trashcan.
I ordered & payed for 2 Mcdoubles & a small fry today. I go to my destination , I find 2 Cheese Burgers. We were also there a couple of months ago & the burger patties were like charcoal, BURNT! DO Not ever order anything with strawberries. They don't keep them covered by the ice cream machine & they were covered in Flys. I will NEVER go here again!
The ONLY reason I'm giving this location 2✨ is because the fries ? were kinda good. The inside service totally SUCKS...the drive thru was beyond crowded; they're ONLY concerned with the "drive thru customers", NOT ALL of their customers. Which ain't cool MCD, PLEASE work on it. Also my Sprite was a "nasty" mix yuck ? Either way U call it, NOT worth my $$ or time.
This is really disturbing , this is the raw hamburgers they are letting customers eat , this can lead to pairisites and ecoil and die ....
