We have 5 McDonald's in my town. This is the only one that most often has their frosty machine working. And they taste great!!! And my 86 year old Mother really likes McDonald's frosty!!
First let me say I want to give the lady that worked there 5☆. She was so nice, helpful and friendly. The one star is because it's McDonald's, Mcnasty. I don't know why I feel the need every year or 2 to go there and try to eat the food, but I do. There has not been 1x in my life that I recall eating their food and feeling good about it. It's like I ate poison and feel it slowly killing me. I always feel like I'm going to get the Mcsh***s.
A few visits they messed my order up..No lettuce added to my fish sandwiches when I paid extra and also another visit they didn’t put meat in my burger..Tried calling manager to complain but she never returns my calls..I stop going to this location..Smh
My sister went here to order the speaker was broken. So she pulled to the front they told her to go back around so she mobile ordered then went back through the drive through could not tell them she mobile ordered due to speaker being broken, when she got to the window both women that were working yelled at her.
Tables where all dirty, but they where quick to deliver my food and i could tell they were short handed so over all good service just needs to be a little better to keep the lobby clean.
My adult son still has me pick him up chicken nuggets! Loves the hot mustard sauce!
Very clean bathrooms, windows, lobby and patio. The maintenance guy must work very hard. I'll bet the backroom and kitchen area are very clean as well.
They're getting cheaper and cheaper with the things that they put on their products like the caramel that goes on a frappe to you're lucky to get a drizzle on the top
I go here all the time and I never have issues with lunch menu only ever breakfast menu. This is the second time I’ve gotten there before 1030 and ordered before 1030 just for them to tell me my total then tell me at the window they can’t make what I ordered. I understand it’s transition time but they don’t even offer other options like I’ll have to wait they just flat out say no they can’t do it. Sounds like whoever is running morning shift isn’t doing a very good job projecting business needs.
