We went for some nuggets and an ice cream last Thurs around 6 pm. Filthy store, floor was dirty and fries and napkins strewn around. Every table was dirty, when I asked for a rag was told they were all in the wash????? First manager claimed she was new, then said she was experienced...but the order was wrong, the service was slow, and the place was empty..So , Why so dirty? Do not waste your money here.
Went in for first time since the virus. I ordered a fishfilet...paid for extra cheese du to the HALF of slice of cheese ? and. When I received sandwich I was very disappointed ~ the cheese was put one on top the other and the actual fish was literally tossed onto bun as MOST of fet was NOT ON BUN ~ couldn't move it over because if the way the did the cheese also couldn't put any sauce on the bunny with NOTHING on it...I ended up takeing the meatless parts of bun off~ I showed the workers the JOKE of a sandwich I was very polite about it..even about the ice cold fries....I wasn't upset threw all this untill THEY DIDNT OFFER ANYTHING TO SAY SORRY!!! I GOT IM SORRT from worker who AGREED it wasn't alright..they even messed up the fries! Ice cold and old! The store was EXTREMELY CLEAN
If I could rate this place a zero I would.Burgers are wrapped in the wrong paper and wrapped wrong.We ordered 2 cheese burger meal, as is with everything.1 other cheese burger no pickles no onionsNone of the cheese burgers had pickles or onions 1 had ketchup coming out from every direction 1 barely had any ketchup 1 was totally plain.The chicken nuggets are cold and don't taste like they normally do they smell bad.We ordered 1 shamrock flurry and 2 oreo flurries, we got 2 shamrock flurries and 2 over flurry. Then we tried to give one back and were told to keep it and they gave someone else's flurry to us.Mc Donald's needs to get it together, it's really not a hard job.
Got the order all wrong and it took longer than average to get it in the first place. Did not give them the opportunity to fix the order because I was traveling and did not have time to wait for them to fix.
Now you can't even find a person at the counter to place an order with. The crew on site were actually running while delivering orders to the parking lot so it's not for their lack of effort, just McDonald's racing to the bottom

Served me old clouded ice tea. When I pointed out that it was cloudy the manager said it was brewed at 4. This was about 6 o'clock. There's no way that was brewed at 4. Maybe 4 the day before! I'm not stupid.
The coffee creamer was all curd up on top of my regular order of coffee
I think they just may have got the entire order right! Decent drive thru time and good customer service. Actually no complaints this time! Even the fries were yummy fresh!
This McDonalds sucked ba//s today. Could not remember our order from speaker to pay window or from pay window to food window. Then had us go wait for our food while they brought out wrong orders to every car. I felt sorry for the workers even though they were very courteous they are way mismanaged. This was the better Mc Donald's. Need to fix their Management!!!
