Every dish we ordered today was incredible ? even the sides were out of this world!! So much flavor i can taste every spice!!! Our new favorite place!! will travel from Tracy any day to eat here . We were looking for something different and came across Mama Weber's. Hands down the best ribs we've had thus far.A real gem, away from all those restaurant chains that lacks personality.Good food and good company is all it takes
Best barbeque joint in Manteca by far. Food was amazing, their barbeque sauce is amazing and all their food was delicious. Not a single complaint about the food or anything. The staff was very friendly and were extremely hospitable giving us a free drink and desert when we came. One word of warning, either call in your order or arrive early, cause this place sells out pretty fast sometimes, but other than that, really recommend this place. Also if you're not allergic to shellfish, try the fried lobster bites, they're amazing.
Went there 2 times this week, first time we were turned down because of a 1.5h wait and today we called ahead, were told to "come on down" and showed up 20min later to be told they're all sold out for the day(6pm) by a guy that speaks so silent that you can hardly hear him (giving me the "cut throat"hand sign as I was unable to hear him). We'd love to come to Mama Weber, but I guess we'll be taking our business elsewhere from now on.
Food order was in timely manner. We met owner and she was friendly and courteous! Food was good. Will order again! A little pricey!
Not very often when you find incredible flavor And fork tender, juicy brisket with just the right char. ? The bbq sauce has a great sweet smoke flavor, w a light pour. Incredible selection of classic Southern sides, the candied yams were extraordinary & the greens had some magical broth they were seasoned in. ? generous portion of cornbread. Sweet corn: al dente delicious
Stopped by today for the first time, with no explanation never even heard of this place before. I had a catfish sandwich, the wife had tri tip sandwich. The catfish was awesome cooked and seasoned to perfection huge portion, the tri tip was sliced the proper thickness to keep it from being tough, sauce was tangy potato salad was almost as good as mine and thats a compliment. I can only say I'm glad you weren't my mama I would be 500 lbs. Highly recommend.
