First time here, was busy with a line, but there wasn't a long wait. Fast service, friendly employees. Clean and bright. Did I mention the tea was good?? Definitely coming back.
Their drinks are pretty tasty. Typically I add tapioca(boba jellies), but this time I asked for herbal jelly. It was okay, kind of slimy like jello but tasted as it's name implies--herb like. The tea was otherwise pretty tasty. The milk cap is warm, but if you ask for it iced when you mix the drink it gets chills by the ice that's in the sealed cup.
Really good drinks, the inside is clean, good customer service as well.
Their chocolate shakes are soooooo freaking good!!!!!
Been here three times both times drinks were good, last visit they ran out of product, therefore I was unable to get my drink after I ordered online and drove over, asked for a refund, almost a month later and still having difficulties with getting my money or having anyone contact me about the situation. Disappointed in the store communication and manger.
Ordered from door dash a few times from here. For pick up, and everytime I get the pudding and order my bf the bubble jelly filling with our tea, they always get it wrong and mix match our drinks. We end up drinking a quarter of our drink and realize it's wrong and just throw it away. When on the label on the tea CLEARLY says the add-ons and extras. Even the size of the drink is wrong 99% of the time. Given this place a few chances but I'm really starting to get upset about the frequent mistakes.
This boba place is phenomenal!!!!! Sweet staff and delicious boba!!! I got honey milk tea with double boba, taro milk tea with a single seeve of boba, and the kung fu black tea with no boba. SO DELICIOUS!!
Seems like they’re always out of everything. Also, their customer service is one of the worst. When we placed an order online, they haven’t even started our order at the time when it was supposed to have been ready. People who ordered in person, and had placed their order way after ours got their orders before us. Probably would have never gotten our order if we didn’t say anything, and even then, the workers didn’t even try to help or even cared at all. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
I like it you can choose how sweet you want your drink and they have good variety.
It's pretty standard, they have a good selection but not totally overwhelming with choice. There's a bunch of seating inside. The staff is friendly, and, as is common, they are flexible about customizing orders. They are pretty efficient at making drinks, but in a weekend night there's a backlog and a line. That probably means fresher tea, so that's a plus. They have automated shaking machines.
