We had breakfast. We really enjoyed our food. The restaurant is a little old but the food is worth it. It's a Mom & Pop place, a secret spot.

The worst chicken fried steak I've ever had. Tough as an ol shoe. Service took forever. Might have been a bad day, I'll never go back though. Mangy Moose is WAY Better!!!
We thought the food was good and was only highlighted more by the service. This is about 20-25 miles from where we live and it was an impulse. But it was very good.

This diner is tucked back a little on Yosemite so if you miss it - it is worth the turn around. They were quite busy as most places are on Sunday. The service was friendly, food was well cooked, and the environment was down home. Did have a bit of a wait for the food to arrive as they were down a cook, but staff was attentive and apologetic. I would have another meal there for sure.
We had lunch there recently. I ordered Senior + for the Steak and my wife ordered Tilapia. Both dishes were well cooked and delicious. Much better than our previous visit. So I give **** stars this time. Waitress also friendly. ?
Absolutely scrumdiddlyumptious! The country potatoes were flavorful, and cooked perfectly. This place is at the top of my list for authentic restaurant-style country potatoes.
