Was in the drive through for 27 mins with only 4 cars ahead of me every low staffed.
I picked up breakfast this morning and it wasn't any good at all loaded sandwich and hashbrowns they weren't good at all it's suppose to be fast food but it should be good and Hot I tried it again and the same thing happened the food was cold again I went there twice about a week apart and still the same thing the food was COLD I wont be going back there any time soon
The staff was rude, but it's fast food, so what can a person except.
There was only 2 cars in front of me i only ordered chicken nuggets waited n line 4 almost 30 minutes i heard car in front of me also complain to who ever was @ window about the wait time mind u they were already waiting before i even got to drive thru to order
I have not been in Manteca that long but this Jack in the Box was not good. Third time...I got the two tacos seasoned curly fries and ultimate cheeseburger for my spouse I asked nicely if my fries could be hot not cold because the last time they were cold. I went through the drive through and the window was opened a little and not sure if she was the mgr but she was in all black and this is what I hear \\\"what did she say\\\" \\\"the fries were cold\\\" the mgr in all black than puts her hands on her hip and says \\\"they were not cold\\\" wow! I than get my order and the young lady says \\\"your lucky they just made a fresh batch\\\" wow again! I get home and all they did was put them back in the fryer! I worked at jack in the box in my high school days and never ever did I give bad service! Shame on the mgr. Why do I go back because I always give places a try well not anymore! You should make sure your window is closed just do better! Treat your customers with respect.
Don't blame workers., very slow service look like only two persons have to do everything., I was waiting for a list 10 minutes and no one take my order so I wasn't available to order my fast \\\"\\\"food\\\"\\\" I felt bad for those workers
Every, I mean EVERY time I have to go to this jack in the box. I get to listen to 3 -4 songs because of the wait. Lobby is ALWAYS closed aprently the employees are afraid of the general public. In my opinion you are working the wrong job in that case. Go pick some fruit or work in a warehouse. Orders are wrong 80% of the time and the wait time is Ludacris! 15mins for two cheeseburgers is wayyyyy to long I think the roaches are cooking the food while employees Facebook and text while waiting for these anoying customers to go away. Yet still wanting $15.00 an hour for unskilled labor and blogging about it.
Had to put one star just to put this comment in here horrible service asked if I can use some coupons before ordering I was told yes when I get there they told me I can only use one I'm on my lunch here I'm waiting and had to go back to work late because of waiting to get my second set of food cuz they didn't put it in with the other order the first time horrible customer service they need better people working there that can explain the first time
They were only accepting doordash orders which I had, and these mutha funkaz still took 30min to get the food on crip.
This is the worst jack in the box I've been to first the menu sign has no lights so couldn't see menu second they make me wait 10 minutes because the register was \\\"down\\\" then they give me less then an eggs worth or scrambled eggs this place is a joke telling everyone I know or meet to stay way from this location
