This place is worst in the customer service they close their drive thru by putting the chair. It could be midnight or 2Am or whenever they want and today again I went their and they even closed their lobby at 7Pm and it’s Friday. I mean this place is worst and they don’t care about the timings at the door they put the sticker where they have mentioned drive thru 24 hrs and lobby till 10pm but they are not following their own rules.
It takes 20 to 30 minutes from start to finish at the drive thru, in the middle of rhe night. No other customers other than me.
Very, very slow service. It appeared that they were short staffed. But the lady taking the orders was working very hard and did her best. Some customers were taking it out on her but she was apologetic and still took charge of the customer flow. They even had their #s system inoperable and they were writing the order #s down on the receipts. The owner needs to give the staff more help before you lose your hard workers.
Man the chicken nuggets were so small and skinny?! The tacos and mini tacos were fine, but don't buy Jack in the Box's chicken nuggets I guess
I got tacos and the lettuce was bad I mean really old I'm attaching a picture. I'm sorry but who put this on multiple tacos? I got them for my daughter and I'm so glad I looked at them before she ate them because you can get very sick from bad lettuce! I don't know if this location is under staffed but the wait is very long and they only have the drive thru open.
I’m not sure if it’s cause it’s 5 in the morning, or someone is having a bad day; but when it comes to modifications on a meal or a drink you shouldn’t have an attitude when I ask for the simplest request of no ice; asked for a drink with no ice and continued on with do you think I can also grab a chicken sandwich munchie meal and the girl goes “can you wait I do have to type this in” ? girl; I worked fast food if you can’t type in something within a couple seconds pass the mic to someone else and go pack the food or make it; didn’t even wanna eat after this went to the one on grant line and they did an amazing job ??♀️ 10/10 would drive the extra 15 minutes for better service.
Food was pretty good, as expected. The drive through was terrible. I was stuck in drive through for 20 minutes.
I usually get the late night munchies before bed. So I hop in my truck travel a couple miles down the road to the Jack in the box. There's usually a line of maybe three or four people before me when I get there, but that's okay because the drive-thru service is excellent and fast. I've never had them mess up on my orders ever. The young lady that usually works to drive through {I can't remember her name though} is genuinely happy and smiling. Of course she has a mask on due to covid but you can see she's smiling. And I usually get a big order and it's always correct it's always fresh it's always hot. I gave her a $5 tip on Friday night and she was so excited it's so grateful! It was kind nice to see how happy she was to receive it. She said thank you very much and that it meant a lot to her to receive it. I said you're welcome you more than deserve it have a nice night I recommend this Jack in the box for the great customer service and the hot food
Everything was cold.Everything that was fried tasted like it was fried in either bad oil or oil that got overheated and burned.This may be the worst spicy chicken sandwich I have eaten. Ordered blazing hot, but they gave me the deluxe instead, the bacon sort of overtakes the rest of the flavors on the sandwich. There is also a kind of bbq/chipolte flavor in the background. The chicken was over cooked on the outside with a bit of raw in the very middle (once again pointing to oil that is too hot).The tiny tacos aren't bad, but was only given 2 of 3 dipping sauces pictured.Now I remember why I stopped coming to this JITB over 10 years ago.
Can you guys please open lobby for online orders and for food delivery workers like doordash and Uber eats please. Gas is not cheap.
