First time at an In-N-Out Burger. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. The food was better than most fast food, but I recommend a double burger. It just seemed to need a little more. Milkshakes were a hit and better than most. The family likes the fries, but I found them rather tasteless. Overall, it was a good experience and would do again.

Can someone please tell me how In-n-out is able to make my order perfectly every time. No matter how much I order off the hidden menu or adjust things like no tomato they always get it right. I can't get other fast food places to just not put cheese on a burger. Great food made perfectly every time!By the way of you haven't tried "fries well done" you are missing out on something magical.

This Burger joint is fast, as always. We don't have one in our city, Sonora. So it's always a treat to come here
The best fast-food burger bar none. Good fries and the shakes are a nice surprise. The drive in window can get busy at peak times so be prepared to be patient.
In-N-Out is almost always a holy experience for me, but this time I was slightly disappointed. 6 orders that came after us were ready before ours (I got a double double and fries, both animal style) and when the food came out the fries were stale and not hot, but slightly above room temperature. Don’t get me wrong, the food was delicious and the service was great. I just wish the fries were fresher and didn’t taste like they were left out!
I love Innout but this new location next to the Mall has messed up my order more times than it's gotten it correct. Fix that! Make sure you have everything before driving off.
Employees had a great attitude and we got our food super fast but the burgers were put together perfect. It's like when you see fast food on tv but it never looks like that in person... Well these nurtures looked like it came from a commercial. Good job guys
