Went to Franks today for the 1st time. I had heard good things but for some reason never visited this restaurant. My Mistake - it was good. I wanted breakfast did a quick search and Franks popped up. I noticed that I had tagged it as a place to visit.I’m glad we went there today for breakfast. I ordered the Ham & Eggs. It is served with 3 eggs, your choice of hash browns or country potatoes, and your choice of Toast or Pancake or a Biscuit. I selected hash browns (cooked really nicely) and. Biscuit (since they make their biscuits fresh). I really enjoyed my meal. Their coffee is good also.My wife had a their breakfast burrito and again you choose hash browns or country potatoes with Chorizo. It was really big and it was very good. I was lucky enough to steal a bite. The service was also very good. I would highly recommend Franks for Breakfast. I will go back and try other things another time. Definitely glad that we finally went to Frank’s!!!
Fast, friendly, and attentive service, amazing food, modest prices. Definitely my favorite breakfast spot in Manteca. Breakfast burrito is out of this world! 10/10 would recommend!
I stopped in for a very late breakfast. I got the linguica, eggs, Portuguese beans & biscuits and gravy. Everything thing was pretty standard except for the Portuguese Beans and they were delicious! I told the waitress that if I’d have known just how good they were that I would have just ordered a big bowl of them! It’s a Ma & Pa style cafe.
I have gone here with my daughter a couple of times and each time the food has been excellent and the service friendly. I would recommend it to anyone.
Was so surprised to see Chicken and. Waffles as well as biscuits and gravy. Was visiting from Atlanta. Food and service was excellent.

Friendly staff and owner. Bustley atmosphere.Food was perfect! Hashbrowns were brown and crispy outside, and white, not overly greasy inside. Chicken fried chicken was delicious! Patty melt, just how we love!
Awesome little spot with good service and food. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs, with country potatoes. It was delicious! They have good coffee as well.

Amazing! Food was delicious and service was on point! Friendly and cordial staff, fast service. The Mexican Hot Chocolate with Coffee was perfect for a great morning start.
