The food here is great. I mostly just order the chicken sandwich, but tried my bf's salt and pepper wings and loved them. Going to be ordering this more often.
Ordered 10 pc the girl cooking the food had her mask down sneezed on her gloves without changing them, I asked for my food to be re-made or a refund she said no. I ask for a manger she refused to get him. So I will let corporate handle the situation. No one was wearing a name tag and she refused to give me her name as she preceded to sweat at me. Nice job hiring rude employees! Can’t wait to be contacted.
Went there to have some lunch and I wanted to try something new, Kim had great customer service and helped choose something great and was spot on. Thank you Kim for the great customer service!
I don’t know what has been going on here lately but it’s definitely gone downhill. I like ordering the chicken tender fries and the last 2 times had issues. First time they forgot the chicken. This time they forgot the cheese and ranch. It was just bbq sauce (with some buffalo here and there?) and over cooked boneless chicken wings, i think. My husband wings have been bland even after asking for extra spice. We already have a credit my husband forgot to use, so I don’t know if it is worth calling…mostly because I tried calling 6x tonight with no answer. luckily my husband was going to home depot anyway so he just ordered while he was over there. Like I said I loved the fries, but lately it’s been horrible.
placed my order around 3 o'clock. said it would be ready at 3:25. currently still waiting for my order it is now 3:55. while watching the employees make their orders for themselves before they end their shift.
I love fire wings. I would just like to comment this is my third trip. Twice in Fairfield and once here in Manteca. Fairfield was always hot and fresh. The wait took a little bit longer and was worth it. But here in Manteca my food came out fast and cold. I drove way out of the way to get here. So it’s definitely a disappointment. I don’t know if this was an off day or if this is the norm at this location.Front staff was nice. If I owned the joint I’d train my employees on exceptional friendliness and customer care. Not that they were rude or did anything wrong at all. Nice young ladies. As a business owner I just have a high expectation of other businesses to put the same amount of high expectancy into their interactions with customers. It goes a really long way.
I tried calling in to make my order by phone and they didn't pick up the phone each time I called(maybe 5-8 times). When I arrived and asked if their correct phone number was on Google the girl at the front counter(who was just standing around when I arrived) said "We don't answer the phone if we have customers here." So I wish I could review the wings but apparently they don't even want to pick up the phone to sell me some.
They are always really good they have fantastic food I'm mad the Modesto one is closed
The food is good, but when I asked if they can package my dry wings separately, they told me that they already do that. I wanted to be 100% sure because from previous experience I know they don’t. So she got my order number said she would separate them, well she didn’t and all the juice from my wet wings just overflowed to the dry ones. So yeah ?.
