The service is very good and that food is the best
Lady at the ordering window asked if I wanted the 5.99 combo, I said yes and I’ll take the shredded beef burrito, she did NOT tell me doubled the price. She charged my card before telling me the final priceWhen I brought this up she was rude and did not believe me when I asked for it to be changed. She also refused to take the partial order back.Do not go here, rude staff, and unclear pricing can make what seems like a 20$ order nearly 40$.
I feel like the customer service is hit and miss with this location. The food is usually good though. We just went today and based off today's service I would give it five stars. Seamless ordering. Food was done very fast and it was all fresh, hot, and delicious. Most of our issues have come when we go late at night and when we are trying to use a coupon on the app. That being said the app is really good. I highly suggest everyone to use their app because the rewards add up pretty quickly. They also have a coupon a day on the app. Sometimes you can get chicken tostada bowl for $5 verses $11.
Chicken was really overcooked and dry. Cashier was nice but I spend $80 for a food that wasn't good really disappointed.
I very rarely visit this location but my father was craving some very good soup and this is the spot if you want to warm your spirit and your soul I suggest the soup at any of the El Pollo Loco locations I just wish that they would care for their customers that are inside the facility and not tend to the drive-through first this is just the norm since covid but they were very polite just a little slower helping the inside customers.
Ordered through the app but had issues applying the reward and so in the confusion I had deleted an item. The app says if you need to cancel or change to call the store. Literally called 8 times and am on my 9th call right now. No one picks up.
I am a regular customer and they never disappoint. The food is always amazing, the chicken is always just right. The personnel is amazing and is under great management. I will never stop coming and hope it stays the same.
It would be nice if they delivered Plus they don't serve a lot of the foods that are advertised on TV. Chicken tasted like it was the day before chicken. They used to be better then this, must be new owners.
#1 first time ordering there! Drive throu!!! Was fast & received my order fast! There salad was really good.
I ordered 2 double chicken salads. They were delicious.
