I know they've been told to socialize with the cus. Waiting in line. But that shouldn't mean talking with an off duty emp. For 10-12 min while the line gets longer. The few times I've been there, there is no one taking orders until there's about 10 cars. Then someone will pop out of one of the back doors. The drinks aren't fantastic enough for all that. Sorry

Great coffee place. They move fast and fulfill orders very well. I'd suggest for anyone new to look at the menu on the website. The employees here are great but some of them are TOO eager for a tip. They're nice about it and friendly but I just feel awkward to say yes or no depending on my order/mood. I would love for them to show the tablet that they carry and give me the option myself to tip or not.
No matter which Dutch Bros location I am at, the service and the overall operations plan is exquisite. The employees have a way of making your experience "all good" and "optimistic" !And of course, the products are innovative and top shelf delicious !Definitely the gold standard.
Service is subpar. Drink orders are consistently wrong. Just seems a bit disorganized. Asking/pressuring for a tip everytime is annoying, if I want to tip, I will on my own.
I have a new respect for these workers, literally had the worst morning and the amount of concern and love I was shown was amazing. I wish I knew the name of the young lady who helped me today but she stayed with me for an extra moment to talk to me because I had red eyes and the fact that she took the time out to talk made me cry again and I appreciate her just taking the time out to make sure I was okay and she was so kind to comp mine and my sons drink to brighten my day. Probably the best customer service I’ve been shown in a long time. I appreciate the love and care especially on day like this one. Thank you DB team

i visit this location regularly and always have amazing service by the staff. today specifically, 1/8/2022 @ 2pm, i was having a little bit of a stressful day but the guy that took my order (dark curly hair) and the guy that brought my drinks out (was wearing a tie dye shirt) we’re both in such good moods and made my stressful day better by simply having a good attitude and putting a smile on my face. definitely continuing to go out of my way to drive to this location from Ceres. good job guys
Janiyah was the sweetest girl. I’ve never left a review anywhere but she went so above and beyond for my family and i, and with the best attitude. I highly recommend her for making your drinks!!
