Dirty place. Says tables are sanitized; NOT. Surrounds and chairs backs are sticky and floors full of food debris.
Arrived at 0555. All lights were off. At 0600 the employee's showed up, they did not let the 4 people waiting in they just went in and locked the door. Then they made a cup of coffee for themselves and it looked like they were telling jokes. At 0615 they let us in and when they were asked what time they opened the response was 0600 but something must have gone wrong.
Showed up on a Tuesday night an hour before closing and waited 10 minutes to get seated, don't believe it was the employees fault but they are severely understaffed.
I love the classic Benny. It's my go to that gets me going to Denny's these days. For $2. Extra I had a couple of pancakes for a treat. I didn't finish them, but someone at the house ate my leftovers! ? The waitress was friendly and attentive.
I had the French dip type sandwich. I immediately knew something was wrong as there was a sweet taste. I only ate three bites.In one hour I was having disarheea.It had to be the meat. Albeit maybe under cooked, it had to be bad. I just don't get sick like this
Standard Denny's food. The waitress was pleasant, but obviously overworked. She was the only one I saw on the whole floor. She was working hard and cheerful, but one person can only complete so many tasks at a time. A second waitress would definitely have sped up service. The food came promptly, but it took a good while to get closed out with a to-go box. This is my usual experience here.
The people are rude and the food I cant tell you because they lost our order. I ordered online and they would not give us a refund because we didn't have our computer with us to show them the transaction. I showed them my bank statement that was deducted from my account but that was not good enough. They just walked away and helped someone else. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE RUDE SERVICE AND BEING RIPPED OFF.
My family and I came here 2 times in 1 week. Great food, great service! I believe her name was Angelina who took care of my family. She was rather busy, but was still attentive to our needs. We enjoyed our lunch very much. We will be back!
Not a single WORKER was wearing their mask.. its not for your own safety its for the customer safety. these people are ridiculous. we got no refills on any drinks or an offer for a refill. food was mediocre really fast but also gross, burned and barely edible.
No heat, we were told it was broken. It was so cold inside the waitress had on two coats and my tea refill pot had to be warmed before I could use it.Must admit, the food was good. My compliments to the chef, but this place should be shut down in the winter if they are not willing to fix the heating system. Ridiculously cold.
