If you order here online, make sure you put a name like Dave or Chris. Anytime you have a name that has more than 2 syllables, the staff has to go through a language training to spell it half right. However for the time being, they’ll just simply deny that your order exists.I’ve ordered multiple times here and the food was good just twice.I still ordered from here once in a while because my wife likes their new chicken variety. The most recent order however was so horrible that they checked all the boxes for a messed up order. They missed an item, they added an entire bowl of rice with 4 leaves of lettuce, 2 pieces of meat, something that’s supposed to be fajitas and a lump of sour cream and cheese mixed together. No salsa, no corn salad, none of the sauces ordered.
You ran out of tortillas? You’re a burrito shop and run out of tortillas at 5:30 PM on a Friday? At the very least you could put a sign up so I don’t waste my time in a 15 minute line.
Went to this store for dinner many times …. But from last months I have noticed after 8:30pm they went out of stock for most of the stuff specifically glucomoule and tofu… don’t waste ur money for just bowl of only rice and hot sauce after 8pm don’t go to this store … they stop preparing 1hour before there closing time… last night there containers were empty for most of stuff at 9pm … I asked them to check in the back and she told me they have nothing left just rice and some veggies …. This happened 5th time to me …. Worst service
We went here for lunch, around 1220 on a Thursday.This location is in a not so good spot, the parking lot is challenging, to say the least.As far as the service we recieved? It was fine. We were able to order our meals and they were correct, although they were just schlepped in to bowl, as one would expect from this type of restaurant.Employees were just going through the motions handlings guests in a very timely manner.The food was just O.K.I mean it tasted fine, I mean it was good just not more than that.We both had Salad bowls, with veggies and chicken, topped with Sour Cream and cheese (Keto).The portion size was very small for what we paid. Maybe a half a cup of green lettuce, a qtr cup of the Veggies (Onions and Bell Peppers) and roughly a half cup of chicken for $9.If you are seeking, average food with average service, come here.
I love Chipotle but everytime I go the employees just do not put enough meat on the order, one time I went with my mom and she ordered 3 tacos with different meat each and the employee was putting almost none of meat in them , I had to tell him not to be afraid of putting some meat in them, by what he told me I understood that they are trained to do that but Chipotle is not that cheap, we are paying enough for a decent portion of meat.
The hours they have posted online is not accurate. Says that they open at 10:30am but they don’t open til 11:30 am.I definitely recommend ordering online. Call them when you arrive and they bring your order out to you before they open.
Great service, very clean, great taste... no complaints. I only gave it four stars though because a young, bearded guy in a suit (presumably a Chipotle corporate bossman) decided to take up two full booths/tables to hold some kind of meeting with a couple of uniformed Chipotle employees during the height of lunch hour when seating was at a premium. My wife overheard them talking and believed it was some kind of management training. I don't know exactly what kind of managers he's hoping to produce with this training, but based on his example and choice of time/place today, I don't think a professional focus on the customers and their experience was high on his list of values.
Service was fast, the team was friendly and professional (referred to me as Miss. <--I loved that), food was delicious. What more can I ask for? Oh wait, the workers on the line are HOT AF. I just went to buy food but I was surprised and didn't mind whatsoever the eye-candy. This place has it all!
Great, friendly service. Even after we paid, we we're surrounded by smiles. Great, fresh food as always too!!
A little bummed. This used to be one of my favorite locations. And I have had Chipotle all throughout the US. But lately, service is at a crawl, they are out of all hot sauces, and some of the meal prep stuff looked abysmal. Lettuce was wilted and dry, the medium salsa was dried up, the meat was very poorly cut with a ton of fat.It just wasn’t what it was. I hope they can improve it.The staff was/is still very friendly.
