Horrible customer service. Party of 5 and no servers to wait on us. 20 minute wait and wouldn’t let us sit and have water! We would have waited for the server to finish her break. We just wanted to sit and have water. I was going to pay for chips and salsa at the bar for us to eat while we waited but were told no. Two young men at host stand so couldn’t one seat and serve water. We waited 15 and left. 5 other tables were placed on a wait after us. We chalked it up to having worse service once seated .. went to Mexican. It was a long day playing a tournament … no WiFi and no customer service
Excellent service for a large dinner party (group of 12). Loved that they created a large square table for our group. Servers were quick and took care of all our needs. Team works well together and made for a great night out! Good service is hard to come by and this place has it!
I really enjoy Chili's out here in Manteca it's on of my favorite chain restaurants. You can always get a $5 margarita and the flavor changes monthly. My go to meal here is chips and queso with a margarita and for a main course I always get the fajitas. The staff is very friendly and inviting as well. Will be back soon!
The Barbecue tasted like chemicals, and felt like rubber. They gave us a table with food under it. The dishes were wet when they gave them to us. They had crumbs on them
I ordered through door dash chicken wings and blue cheese chips came after 40 minutes! Cold dried up! 4 chicken wings NO DRESSING! ABOUT 6 CHIPS!!! BAD BUISSNESS ? I called to tell them I felt like I was ripped off, the manager said he would credit me 20$ towards my next order, just tried to get them to find it, THEY SAID NOTHING THERE! WITH MY NAME,,,THE LADY TOLD ME IM JUST 23.OO$ NEVER AGAIN!!! LOST CUSTOMER
They had made photocopies of the kids menu and laminated them. They were out of the soup I wanted and the item I ordered seemed a lot smaller than at other location I have been to. Our server was very nice, though.
Each time my husband and i go we sit at the bar, Latoya is a excellent bartender, she's at her best when the bar gets busy, she doesn't forget about anybody. Food is pretty good too but the drinks are even better
Good meal, Chili's never disappoints. Had a ranch burger with no bun and wife had ancho salmon. Both were delicious and the server was very attentive

We showed up at 8:30pm with a party of 2, they said they wouldn’t seat us because they closed at 9 and were short staffed. When asked whether what we should do to just get food, we were given the curt response of, “Go to another place.” Highly discourage anyone from eating at this establishment. Generally we love Chilis, just not this one.
