I love Burger King especially when they make my burger neat. Sometimes the burgers are so sloppy and unappealing I can't eat it. It's a hit or miss for me.
They are very prejudice to there. Absolutely worthless people. Can't wait to hear from corporate those me four stars are a joke
I did the online ordering so that it would be faster. I waited in the drivethru for 20 minutes without the cars moving. I decided to back out and go inside, but I waited for another 20 minutes just for my food. Even the doordash orders went out before me. Worst experience ever.
Ordered the 2 for $4 MIX AND MATCH. Asked for one bacon and one sausage Croissant sandwich. They have us 2 cold sausage. Took those in and had to explain what MIX and MATCH means, as only respons we could get is "there is two Sausage in there". Finally got them to take one back and give us what we ordered, after being flat told they weren't gonna change it, and not only was the second sandwich also so cold that it could not melt the cheese, one piece of bacon had cold melted cheese stuck to it that was NOT the cheese they had just put on it, which means that it was bacon taken off another sandwich. Also never got a hello, thank you or even an apology for the mix up. Never got a receipt either. Wouldn't give us the store number nor the corporate phone nber to file a complaint either. And all this was dealing with the manager herself.With the obvious lack of care, customer relations and sanitary concerns (you don't take food that had been on one sandwich and put it on another.) I advise staying far away from this place.
They have my food away to someone else in the drive through, than proceeded to tell me they ran out of onion rings.
NEVER WILL I BE ORDERING FROM HERE AGIAN! I asked for 3,000 Whooper Combo Meals and they gave me 2,999 with no meat ? OUTRAGEOUS. I also asked for EXACTLY 10,000 fries and I got them all raw with NO SALT . The next time I come to Burger King i will make sure my Whoopers are RAW . THANKS BURGER KING .
Slowest service I've ever seen and the restaurant is not looking very well kept. We went inside to place our "to go" order and the cashier couldn't have been less interested in taking our order. He was talking super slow, seemed half way asleep und was moving slower than a snail. He forgot to pack items of our order even though we were the only ones there at the time. I usually go to BK in lathrop and will continue to do so in the future.
My order was wrong the first time,swung through the drive thru again,they made it right,and they were very cordial about. They looked short staffed (big surprise there),food was good. Keep up the good work guys,we know it's rough!!!
I go to this place a lot. The owners are not on top of things. They are usually understaffed and the owners are sometimes too cheap to go to the bank to get coins for the customers. The last couple times I went here I was not given my change back from one particular middle aged lady. I usually get my change back here. I have wore Republican clothes recently and she has been a little rude to me (because of my Republican clothes), because I am a Republican. I never had a problem with any of the other workers.
I really do have to give this spot a 3 star. It is pretty crazy how long it takes to order a meal and get it in the drive-thru.Atleast 5 times I've gone there within a month and it has always taken 40 minutes sitting in the drive-thru. Believe me, I'm not over exaggerating. That may just be the time I go.The good is reasonably priced compared to other spots. The chicken nuggets are appropriately priced aswell. Makes sense for them to be $1 for a handful. I'm changing it to a 4 star just because of that. Changed.Just enjoy your food and don't be in a rush when you get there and you'll be good.
