Fast, but not fresh. Ordered food on. Saturday evening. Simple sushi specials. Rice was old and hard. You can tell they made these combos well ahead of time. I goer fresher Sushi from Japanese markets. Okay but quality for the price is not good
We just love Yanagi Kitchen. It is located in a little strip mall right on Sepulveda Blvd. There is plenty of free parking. the exterior is cute and inside is clean and very nice. We love the sushi there. The prices are very reasonable and all of their sushi is great. My favorite is their spicy tuna roll. They also have bowls that are super yummy and their tempura can't be beat. My favorite is their shrimp tempura. It is so good and always cooked to perfection. The service is fast and very kind. You will love it. Note that this is take away only at the moment. Have a great time.
The worst sushi joint you can order from. Aside from them having you wait 25/30 mins extra for your food, the cashier in the front gives you attitude when you ask for eta, as if wasn’t their job to keep you informed of any delay. As soon as you ask to speak to a supervisor, what a coincidence that your order is ready. 0/10.
Very disappointing! The shrimp tempura (inside the crunch roll) was obviously cooked early in the day, it was soggy and cold. The crispy rice and all of our rolls also tasted like it was prepared earlier in the day and put in the fridge. Even the spicy mayo was bad. We ordered from the parking lot, picked up and ate within a few mins so there is no reason it should taste like this. Overall below average experience.
First time ordering from Yanagi Sushi tonight for pickup. Fast service and great food! This will be our new favorite sushi go-to for sure!
It's OK. FOOD looked better in pictures. Only take out service, and have to phone orders in. A little confusing. Quick service.
