We were staying in LA and had a beach day planned for Manhattan Beach. The plan was to get some cold sub sandwiches to take to the beach. Valentino's showed up on some TA reviews and were were glad it did. We stopped there on the way to the beach and got 3 sandwiches and pizza after my son took one look at their pies. An hour or so later, all of us were very happy with our lunch. The subs had ample meat, awesome bread, fresh vegetables, and the proper amount of condiments. My son gave the pizza high marks, which is a huge compliment given his love of pizza and high expectations. The young lady behind the counter was very nice and the prices are extremely reasonable.
Best THICK CRUST Pizza!!! Aka Sicilian Pizza. Crunchy!Make sure to have it heated up. Makes all the corner crunchy. Perfect amount of cheese and the sauce is amazingly Tasty. I like Salami (peperroni) on my pizza. YOU GOTTA TRY THIS.
I had an excellent Brooklyn anchovy, spinach & mushroom pizza. Loved it! Will make this one of my regular pizza spots.Had a nice chat w Tony the owner who is a legit Brooklyn Italian.

Their pizza is really good but they do not honor the current coupon they have advertised on the moneymailer.com website that shows a 16" one topping pizza for $15.49. I have tried to order with this coupon multiple times but they have never honored it even though I mention the Money Mailer coupon as it states to do. I ordered from a different pizza company each time and do not intend to order from Valentino's again as long as they do not accept their advertised coupons.

The only pizza spot I have consistently gone to over the years for very clear reasons. It is outstanding quality, true NY Style pizza and is family run. Love supporting these types of businesses and have never had any issues with them at all. Been eating here since I was a kid and hope to continue to do so. They are amazing and deserve all the praise in the world!
