It was delicious. First time here I ordered the chicken parm from warm bowls list with no changes, got both breads, & i loved it all. Wasn't too busy & the girl who helped me was extremely helpful. I was very comfortable and can not wait to try other dishes.

Last time here!! the little girl named Marissa had a bad attitude did not know anything about what we were ordering gave me half a scoop of chicken so had to add an extra scoop came out to 33 dollars horrible customer service. Evan was really cool I can tell buy watching him work must be a manager.
Ordered twice from here through the app my selection was clear as day and they still got it wrong both times like as if they purposely don’t read what we want on our order and give no napkins or utensils. “So I have to eat it with my fingers?” And I received no drink, also if you call the number it’s no help whatsoever. Terrible experience

The customer service was great at sweet green located in Manhattan Village. I enjoyed eating my Chicken pesto park salad. The vegetables were cooked very well. I would definitely come back here again.
I really wanted to order online but I walked in to get an idea of the place and options. I went with the crispy rice bowl & I was so satisfied! I thought it was basic bowl, but the flavors was amazing! I wish I got the employees name, he was very helpful and made sure I was ok with every ingredient the bowl came with and options to add. Like Arugula, kale, cilantro, carrots, cucumbers, crunchy rice crisps, wild rice, almonds, blackened chicken, lime juice and spicy cashew dressing & lots of love with a good mix. I made sure I told everyone it’s a must try, good location, worth $18 including a mineral water.
So good but they give zero cares who isn't wearing a mask..all the workers wear a mask but whats the ppint if some gross man just starts coughing everywhere. Might just be the ppl on this city.. wish y'all made it more comfortable for the consumers who are worth it

I love the sweetgreen in downtown LA but I just ordered a salad from El Segundo and it was disappointing. There was very little premium items (almost all kale and lettuce) and it was extremely salty, even with the dressing on the side so they actually sprinkled salt, a lot of salt, on the salad. Their salads are expensive and this location did not deliver the quality I expected
