It's a Starbuck's - love it or hate it. I lean toward the love it side. Don't usually buy food or specialty drink items though. When I do I like them.
It's always soooo slow and instead of them worrying about making the customers drinks they are too busy chatting. I supervise a store and this is simply unacceptable....
