Looking at the high reviews i expected the burger to be excellent. As a result i was extremely let down. Burger quality was that of Jack in the box, or Carl jrs. Actually i would’ve much rather had a burger from those establishments. Tots were good. Won’t ever be a burger choice for me again.
Food is good a little pricey in my opinion but the food makes up for that I wish they had coupons though
Took my son here for a lunch and we thought the burgers look amazing. Omg, so disappointed. Burger was salty as hell and no flavor. Customer service was really good, rhats why i gave a 3.

This place is okay, but just comparing their food with some nearby burger spots, they are definitely worse. The burgers were average, and the milk shake was horrible (had a weird taste to it). Vanilla shakes in fast food restaurants taste a lot better. The interior is fine, but our table was shaking, which is weird considering that the place just opened. We wanted to try out this restaurant, but I think that's all it's good for.
Very good burger but took a long time to get my order. I suppose it's really a restaurant, not fast food. The burgers were juicy and done just right, imho. My favorite burger was the Double Truffle Mushroom Swiss Burger. You could really taste and smell the truffle oil.As for the fries, they're very crispy and I personally prefer my fries less fried than this but both my kids like their fries.
The burgers here are delicious and juicy. I can't wait to go back. It's like they melt in your mouth. We had the Double Bacon Smash Burger and we substituted the cheddar cheese... I can't wait to go back.
Understaffed/untrained staff resulting in cold food when it was finally served. Shake shack is better. We will not be returning.
I've been wanting to try this place so bad & I eventually did last Thursday after my family & I couldn't dine in anywhere else. So I immediately thought of this. Now I know why it's called Smashburger because of their thin cooked patties. They have a good selection too on the menu, my mom & stepfather ordered doubles & I wanted to started off easy with a single. It tasted real good with crispy onions & bbq sauce. I would definitely come back here again...for a double. ???
Great tasting burgers with a wide variety menu. The staff is very polite and kind. Kimberly went above and beyond with her hospitality on register.
