Great prices for the area and you definitely get what you pay for! It was around $25/person for us. They have great serving sizes, big enough for some people to be able to split a meal and have both people be full. Lots of great burger options and some other menu options too. The drinks were overpriced, so we didn't end up ordering any. But the food is excellent! The music can make it a bit noisy if you eat inside, so don't expect a quiet meal if you choose to eat inside.

First time in LA, and the first thing I was told to do was stop by Simmzy's for food and drinks. It did not disappoint. Great quality, and Brandon, the manager, was extremely welcoming and helpful with what was best on the menu. I'll definitely stop by again next time I'm in town.
One of my favorite: "pay for the food not the atmosphere" restaurant. Basically an amazing fish market with a grill, fry or saute kitchen. Build your own feast- want lobster, a couple of giants prawns grilled and fried, and a bowl of clay chowder and then feast on the picnic tables facing the ocean in back?
Sat down on their patio one evening to grab a drink with my mom and a friend. It was freezing outside that night, but their heaters worked great and we were very comfortable the whole time. The ambiance and drinks were great.
Simmzys is popular, deservedly so. The menu is limited but some real gems. Love the tomato bisque, grilled cheese and tuna, also has good burger selections. But above all the Sangrias are awesome, as is the staff. Enjoy.
