I decided to take a break on Asian food for a week and tried Italian food, N O R E G R E T S! ?Upon arrival, I had one party ahead of me and was seated after 15 minutes (the place was pretty packed). Waiter was nice and patient in explaining the menu as this was my first time coming to any Olive Garden branch (I didn't know they are a multichain restaurant prior to my visit here).Anyhow, when I started ordering, the first thing I noticed about this place is that all of their soup dishes ? and salads ? are free refills! I immediately thought, "Wow! I mean I have heard of free water/tea refills but soup dishes and salad? Impressive! ??We ordered:- Shrimp Scampi -> First time hearing Angel hair, so wanted to see if the name is only half the story and I was impressed with the texture. The Shrimp were fresh, tender and most of all seafood smell was not present. The sauce on this dish was a tad bit sour/ salty (maybe that's how scampis are? Weird combination, but I thoroughly enjoyed it nonetheless)!- 6oz Sirloin -> The dish I was most looking forward to! I got my steak cooked to medium-well. The meat seasoning felt just right. Texture was tender and juicy. The pasta that came along with it was creamy but it was alright (probably because the steak was too good).I would recommend this place if you want to try an Italian/American fine-dining experience! ?
We went on a weeknight. No wait. But the front staff did not acknowledge me and seated the man behind me right away. They then asked how many in our party. The service was mediocre. Our seat had crumbs on there. The food was overall pretty good. Service however was lacking.
This branch is very nice, clean and well organized. Kaitlyn is wonderful and very friendly. Loved this branch.

I took my family for my husband birthday, and the waiters were doing an outstanding job, serving my family. I would definitely come back to this location. This location knows what customer service is all about. Thank you
We enjoyed this old favorite. The food was good, but they were very short on staff. They forgot our extra take home order. Nevertheless we enjoyed the salad and eggplant Parmigiano. Our dishes were just so delicious. We can count on the food to be just right. No worries about the parking as it was easy. Prices have increased, but order one of the fabulous desserts and you will be happy!
I’m just disappointed! I went there with my family to have a nice dinner and we order four meal plates. We usually go there for a nice dinner but this time was very disappointing because our food was not the best. When the waiter brought the salad I had a whole piece of lettuce it was uncut and not mixed in well , it was just a whole piece of lettuce (I have a picture of it), so we asked the waiter to bring us another salad. But to my surprise it had no dressing on it so we asked the waiter a second time for a different salad. I also order the Chicken Alfredo and the chicken was not well cook to be honest. The waiter also forgot to bring napkins over at the table when we asked repeatedly. I’m just very displeased with this Olive Garden.
Walked into the restaurant, 6 people all standing behind the register, apparently I am a ghost. No acknowledgement of my presence whatsoever. So after standing for a second very awkwardly, I decided to sit down and look at the menu again. While I’m looking at the menu, a couple and a child walks in, they were greeted very warmly, asked how many were being seated and took them into the dining room. Another woman came in, greeted warmly and asked her what she’d like to order. All the while I’m sitting there, still a figment of my own imagination. This upset me to the point where I just got up and left. No salutation or again, zero acknowledgment of my presence from the moment I walked in the door to when I left. And before you ask, yes, I am.
