To put it simply, from the ordering station to theregister, I've received several micro-aggressions fromour server that rubbed me the wrong way. Myhusband and I ordered protein plates withmarketplace sides, and I accidentally mispronouncedthe pasta name, Gemelli. The server quicklycorrected me with a condescending tone. Myhusband orders his food and proceeds toward theregister. I observed how the server's tone and bodylanguage was towards him. It was definitely warmerthan how she approached me. Even when ordering adrink, the server aimed her attention toward him andminimized any interaction with me. My husbandrequested a lemonade sample and it was handed tohim. When I requested a lemonade sample, theserver placed the sample on the counter on myhusband's side. Due to the limited time that we hadto eat and return home, I just asked my husband topay for the meal and make a complaint later. Forcontext, my husband is a white male and I identify asBlack. Usually, I do not pick up on micro-aggressivebehaviors, especially in a rush, but our server's toneand body language were quite evident. I felt irritatedfor not speaking up sooner, but I choose to combatinappropriate behaviors in a different way.I believe this is an ideal opportunity for training on how to treatyour customer base, all or them.
Ordered via DoorDash on my lunch break. This was my first experience with Lemonade and I was a bit disappointed. Half the food didn't look or taste nearly as good in person as it did in pictures. Mango chicken came with maybe 3 small chucks of mango on top. Sweet Potato, Mandarin & Pistachio and Snap Pea Edamame were just ok. I expected them to have more flavor especially the sweet potato. And portions were smaller than expected. Pineapple, Mango Lemonade was good but basically just tasted like lemonade. Not much pineapple or mango flavor.Positives: Food arrived hot and was well packaged. Smore brownie was moist and soft plus gluten free and dairy free! Curried Cauliflower and Hatch Green Chile Chicken had good flavor and chicken wasn't dry. I was also thankful for options to replace rice with greens or cauliflower rice.
Good food. Great lemonade. Nice workers. A bit pricy but it's worth it
Love this place every time, fresh food, big selection. Perfect lunch spot.
For years, we’ve loved this place, but the overall quality and accuracy has really gone downhill lately.
You grab a tray and then move down the line selecting awesome salads and side dishes first. Then they have a large selection of larger plates with various meats, vegetables, pasta and rice dishes. Have frequented here at least 20 times and never a bad meal. Kids love all the different Lemonade flavors they have. Little on the pricey side but the food quality is very high so a good value in my opinion.
I should have known better when the description says cafeteria style chain. I came for a poke bowl. Quite disappointed. There really is no make your own bowl. Poke is pre made. Very bland. Plenty of other better options around. Will not return.
Favorite spot for healthy eats, al la carte. Fresh, quick, and delicious.
Delicious and nutritious. Great place to eat after some fun on the beach. We tried a bowl, some drinks and dessert. Our favorites were the mango chicken bowl, lavender elderflower lemonade and blood orange hibiscus lemonade.
Slow as a snail, andEven potatoes tasted like pasteoverpriced for 80% of menu being not available, wasting our time at line when we have a flight to catch
