Will not go again / Price = ~$8 happy hour food / Service = below average, inattentive / Speed = below average / cleanliness = averageOrdered 3 happy hour foods: sliders, nachos, and cheese fries. All 3 are not recommended. The sliders are dry, cooked too well, and nothing unique even though they are sliders. The nachos are one of the worse cheese nachos I had. Applebee's even has better nachos. The cheese fries taste odd. They are also one of the poorer items compared to other chains.Although happy hour items are typically not better than the main menu, Island's happy hour menu is very poor. I am not planning for another visit ever following this experience. Only reason for a 2 star is this the location.
Very busy place. Sports fans love it here. The food was hot and tasty. I had the crispy wings and I like them.
I love Islands. There's something for everyone, the staff is efficient and nice (Oscar is a dynamo!) and the food generous and good. For lunch I had a burger with sweet potato fries and loved it. I didn't want to drink much for fear I'd want an afternoon nap so I got a "Margarita Lite" which was stronger than I expected and delicious. For dinner I had a small salad (still full of hamburger) and water. A lovely meal - both times - and I so wish I had one of these restaurants near my home. Great place for a family as it has so many wonderful choices. Good drinks selection too.
Service was good. Food was good except the fries were way over salted. Waitperson had them remade but took until we were almost done eating to arrive so she volunteered to remove the cost. She was great!
Always fun and the waiters are very easy to work with. the food is standard comfort food but nicely done. Burgers were outstandingly done just right. The sides also very good.

We sat outside on the patio dining area and it was very chill and relaxing. Our server was awesome! She was attentive and on point.The burgers were good but not great. It was on the dry side, and very thin. The fries was very salty. The Cheesy Loaded Fries was very good though. Beer on tap was cold, Mai Tai was strong at a Happy Hour price.
Service is slow not friendly a long wait just to paid they need to hire and trained and paid their Employees better maybe the service will be better ,and I had diarrhea after eating a burger there ,food to expensive I guess I paid to get diarrhea.
We sat outside on the patio and it was chill and relaxing. Perfect for the warm and sunny day. Our server was awesome and always on point. Happy Hour menu was limited, however the Mai Tai was very strong. Modelo Beer on tap was a good choice, cold and crisp. I had the Hawaiian style burger and it was just average. The burger was on the dry side and thin. I know it has been a while since I've been to Islands and I remember it used to be plump and juicy. The side fries was too salty for me. We ended up ordering the Loaded Cheesy fries from the Happy Hour menu and it was delicious. Overall experience was great and most likely return if ever in the area again.
