Cozy Mexican food shop a quick hop from El Porto. Came here post-run with my dad for lunch, and dined in. Note that seating is very limited since it’s a small spot, and most people seemed to opt for takeout. Metered street parking is available and there’s a parking lot across the street. Credit cards and cash are accepted. Note that they no longer serve lengua (even though it’s listed in the menu).I got the junior deluxe wet burrito (you get a choice of chicken or ground beef) and I still had half for leftovers the next day. The person who took our order was super friendly and helpful. We got some tostadas with salsa (very mild) and got to enjoy the breeze in front of the open window. Overall, it’s a relaxed, lowkey spot to grab some food by the beach.

Insanely good. Super authentic Mexican food the chicken burrito was really good, one of the best I've had honestly. My brother got the asada fries which were delicious also. They also served us super fresh warm chips and the service was great as well. The guy helping us was super nice and the place had a great vibe for a quick bite or to get great takeout.
The best tortas ever!great experience and taste. Definitely I'll be there again and again. See toy soon guys! Maybe Ill try the menu and get same other thing then a Torta but I doubt your Tortas are the bombastic item in my list!
Does not care about customers unless you are young and pretty then the guy running it will notice you. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will watch you wait and wait until you ask where's the food cause he's so distracted by younger women.no masks and customers drinking behind the counter and mixing up drinks with the soda machine and dumping their own liquor in the soda cups. Very unprofessional and dirty. Greasy and gross. The good reviews can't be real. WORST Mexican food in all of LA. Very very creepy vibe from the manager or guy running the front. Do yourself a favor and order from taco bell because you will get better service and better food there then this "authentic" overpriced garbage!
It’s a very small hole-in-the-wall place to get amazing authentic Mexican food! The breakfast burritos are incredible and I loved the enchiladas. The chips and salsa are also great. Prices are reasonable. You could eat there but there are only a few chairs so plan for the food to be take out!VictorB
The food!!!!! Ugh. It has no right to be as good as it is. It's unfair, frankly. I eat here EVERY time I'm in town. Whether breakfast or lunch, you can't go wrong with the quality or the portions.
This tiny Mexican joint has been making friends since 1969. Authentic and wonderful Mexican meals! Seating is very minimal, mostly at the counter however, don’t let that stop you! Delicious, flavorful and fast service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing authentic Mexican food in a very small hole-in-the wall “off the beaten path” venue! Breakfast burrito is sooo good. Also loved the enchiladas! Only a few stools to eat on, so plan for take out. VictorB
Fantastic food, a little more expensive than years ago (comparative to other similar items at the time) but still a place to go.
