I try to review businesses based on what they offer. Chili's Grill & Bar deliver what they promise. Food that taste good and affordable prices. I am glad to 5 stars Chili's Grill & Bar since I had many good meals here.
Terrible service. . we waited 20 min and no one came to get at least our drink order. i walked around looking for someone and nothing so i walked to the kitchen to get someone. i know thats a no no but i literally couldn't find anyone for a while. Our food took forever to come out . . . the restaurant was empty. . like 3 tables and thats it. i asked for a drink refill 3 times and the guy just said yup and walked away each time. I asked 3 different people for sour cream until i finally got some. The food was average and i've been there before so i know what it should taste like. We usually go to Torrance becase they have better service but we were nearby ??♀️.Then to top it off my little girl ordered the blue drink on the kids menu because she looks forward to eating the gummy fish at the end and they didn't put any in there. I get that they can be slow but if you mess up a kids item then you're just wrong. Because now i have to hear about it all the way home. Thanks Chilis

Treated the kids to a Valentine's day lunch. We went in around 2 p.m. as a family of 5. We were seated quickly and served quickly. The food was very fresh and hot. The drinks were good as well. Our servers kept a smile on their faces and attended to us nicely and politely. We enjoyed this location better than the Chilli's in our neighborhood.

Arrivedjust after 9 pm. We were told the kitchen closes at 10 pm, but not in a concerned way, but rather don't order, I want to leave at closing. Same thing happened with drinks. Spent $ 75, which included a 15% tip for forced service.

All the food we ordered was fire ?awesome.. coodles to the Chefs!!! But the service was not good, the employees that attended us seemed like they hate their job and didn't feel like a happy place to eat at.
We celebrated my wife's bday! And we all love the food! Chips and salsa is back!! And even the kids had salsa!! The steaks cooked just right the way we wanted! Is rare for a restaurant to cook it right for us. Tnx Chilli's
