Stopped here 3 times during a short stay in Manhattan Beach and loved every visit. Friendly service on all occasions, Good coffee (had both regular and Lattes) delicious breakfast items including a generous portion of Smoked Salmon toast, and several delicious omelettes. High quality throughout!
We visited Cafe Wild on a Saturday morning just around the time the opened.Even at 8am the line of people was starting to form behind us. it’s always a good sign when there is a line for a restaurant in my opinion.Upon entering we were greeted warmly and promptly by the staff behind the counter.Please note that you order and pay first at the counter.They friendly staff will then bring you your delicious meal to your seat. Regardless if you’re inside or seated outside.On this this visit we went with the “Tiramisu French Toast” and the “Full English Breakfast”.Let me tell you both meals were outstanding! The French Toast was sweet but not over sweet and adding the tiramisu was a great touch.Now parking in this area can be tricky! Street parking fills up fast, and the public garage about a block away fills up even faster.So being right off the beach give yourself time to circle around a few time to find a spot.Street parking and the garage are metered. Free street parking is a bit further away, and a bit harder to find.So yourself a favor and take a stroll on the Strand by the ocean afterwards and enjoy the fresh ocean air. It’s only a block or two away.We can’t wait to go back.
What a perfect brunch spot! Dine in or out, but I suggest out. Staff is fantastic, and food is absolutely delicious. We were lucky to not have to wait for seating but it does back up, and understandably so! They serve La Colombe here as well!
The lady working the counter today had to raise her voice as I inquired about how long until my order was ready, "CAN'T YOU SEE IM BY MYSELF TODAY, AND YOUR ORSWR HAS DRINKS!" I will not be back to a place where the staff is rude and uncaring about customer service.
Great service with very friendly and attentive staff. We got burritos and coffees with a vegan hash to split. So delicious, loved it all. Comfortable seating inside and outside.
Cute and (very) casual beachy café a few block from the ocean. They have a great menu with some fun options. They have you order your food at the desk inside. There was a short line when we arrived. Staff was friendly. Food was delivered to our table fairly quickly. The food was absolutely delicious and my mimosa (served in a paper cup) was surprisingly still very good! I guess you don't need a fancy glass. They have a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. Depending on my mood, I would be happy to return.
This is a walk up and order place that has a great menu. I was honestly surprised at how delicious the food was only because sometimes the walk up and order restaurants aren't that impressive. Great breakfast or brunch spot for the weekend because it's not in the super busy section of MB. Also great with kids because you don't have to wait too long for food. Def check it out!
Great place for a quick bite and a cup of coffee. A bit pricy but likely normal for CA and a beach area breakfast place. Service was friendly but a bit slow but it’s made to order so no worries…it’s all good!VictorB
Small quaint place with both indoor and outdoor seating. You will have to find street parking if you are driving. The food was great and the latte was delicious. I ordered eggs your way and my husband ordered good vibes burrito. In hindsight, I should have ordered the good vibes burrito as well because it was absolutely delicious (my husband shared a few bites with me :)).
Very cute place and wonderful staff. I wish they hadn't sold out of bloody marys because I would've loved to try one! My English breakfast was very good. I'm not the biggest fan of the order at the counter format, but it worked out okay
