What can I say about Cafe Rio? The Establishment is always clean it was nice to not have to stand in a long line. We had a large order in the lady who took our order and made our items was very understanding and very direct with making it correct.
Place is great. Good service great portions fair price def recommend
Like all Cafe Rios, slightly less clean at night, but the food is amazing and the queso is the best in the world. The workers were very friendly. Bro says yes!
They used to be really good and really fresh. The pico de gallo and salsa fresca we're not fresh whatsoever. It looked like they used very old rotten tomatoes for the pico de gallo. Very disappointed in the way things have changed.
Fast good food. No frills. Tasty, but definitely needs the salsa or it could be a little bland. With the salsa it’s very good.
Quality food for the price. Depending on the person serving and if there is a rush of people portion sizes can vary at times. Otherwise the service here is awesome.
This place literally advertised that they had alcohol and things like that but this is basically an overglorified chipotle and it was disgusting the cheese that they advertise as house made queso is disgusting! Not some mention the T dispensers were filthy and the tables literally filthy with people sitting in the lobby on break or whatever and not even attempting to be out of the way of customers
We went pretty at night but as always greeted with happy sounding hellos. I ordered a wet burrito queso style for my brother who is in love with the queso here. In his words “ it’s the best queso he has had in a long time”. I got me taco salad OMG I could eat that every day and die happy. This really nice caucasian lady with strawberry blonde hair jumped on the line to help because when we got there more people started coming in to. I guess she was a manager because she help from making our plates to telling the cashier to give us a little cup of queso also for my brother. She really seems to care about everyone’s experience being a good one at Cafe Rio. If you haven’t stopped in and checked out this place yet make the time to, you will not be disappointed in the least. They even have Lime pie it’s so freaking good! The line might scare you at first but the food and employees are worth it.
We always stop here after arriving in LAX, and this time was no different! I got a steak burrito, which was delicious and packed with a lot of food. The staff was quick to get my order ready, which is good. The reason I gave this a poor rating is because my mother-in-law, sister-in-law and wife did see a cockroach as they were telling the staff what they wanted, and the staff didn't seem to know what to do, I was told that they just stood there and looked at the cockroach, eventually getting a manager or a shift supervisor over. Not really a good look, especially since we were standing right there. Hopefully the staff gets any sort of infestation taken care of quickly.
Slow service, even when there is no line, but good food. Reasonable prices and my salad always lasts me 2 meals.
