Employees are the worse you have to bug them or they will literally let your food go cold while looking at you in the face. Gave them a name 2 times and the food was done still had to ask them for it there were a bunch of bags and the people would run away a trying to avoid customers all well the food for the people sitting there was going cold. Wack service needs to been better managed. Food reflects the employees attitude.
I ordered my food at 7 pm and it estimated an hour wait. Arrived and was told to wait another half hour. When the order was finally ready we had took it home only to find that they didn’t include the thing we went for which was the wings!! I doubt that it takes and hour and a half to make fries and prep veggie sticks. If the cook was more focused on his job rather than flirting with the girls maybe his orders would be correct and efficient. When I mentioned that my order was incorrect and the cashier informed him the response was “they can wait”. This is the worse service I have seen.
The employees are more worried about what’s on the tv rather then what their customers need. There was a woman there with her hair up in a bun and a Wingstop hat on who really needs to work on her customer service skills. I witnessed her answer the phone and very rudely told the customer on the phone “I told you to hold”. For as many employees as they had today you’d think the place would be a little cleaner. The tables were filthy and the drink machine was so sticky it was absolutely disgusting.
There was WEED in my child's French fries, health department was called.
Good food, just fries most of the times are soggy and cold but the boneless wings are a bomb

The food is good , the wait was 30 mins n the cashier is handling the drinking cups n touching the inside of the cup when she handing it to us after she just handle money ??♀️?♀️
Never againI gave it one star because the girl on the phone was friendly but the food….. I asked for atomic, hot and mild. I also asked for extra wet wings. I got home and the boxes were extra greasy and on top of that they weren’t label . I didn’t know what was what! I paid more here then I did at BWW and by far BWW is so much better. It had been years since I last bought Wing Stop so I decided to give it another try and I regret it. Now I am stuck with 50pc wings I bought for my family and no one will eat them.
If there’s zero or negative 5 for the review, we would give it to this place. We placed the order at 5:38pm, it’s now…7:15pm and they are just going to make our order. Total chaos, the place is very noisy, 5 staff members talking over the very loud music….CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN, IT IS GOING DOWNHILL. I can’t wait for CHICKEN SHACK to open up on Howard Road.Update: they messed up our order, we ordered all bone in, we got some boneless chicken.Update: someone from their side contacted me thru my review of them on Facebook. I felt so insulted being offered a $10 gift card for all the trouble they have caused. I told them to keep it since me, my family and friends are staying away from Wingstop. A simple sorry would have been ok, but they did not extend an apology. Big mistake!
About 40 minutes waiting for an order, staff are dismissive about the wait. Even when you order ahead you still have to wait. Don’t waste your time.
