Actually it’s ZERO stars!! Went through the drive through @ 10:45 pm on 6/25/22. And the kid working (manager) was the rudest as can be. Got to the drive through and first words he said was (before you order anything all I’m gonna make is tacos and burritos). So what do you want. Then after I ordered pulled up to the window and didn’t say a word just gave me the bag I asked for sauce he just grabbed a handful threw it in a bag and said nothing. I grabbed the bag and said thank you and have a good night. He just slammed the window shut and walked away. Rudest manager ever. If he don’t like his job he shouldn’t be there. I would never go back there again.
Seriously, if 0 stars was an option, that's what I would give this location (Ave. 12). We have gone to this location multiple times. Obviously, it's not a bad day for them when it happens repeatedly. I'm sick of wasting money when they can't be considerate enough to make the food as if someone is going to eat it and are expecting for there to actually be food inside the products ordered. Stop throwing everything in the bag. Tacos shouldn't be buried under heavy items. This isn't a busy location, yet they can never get your order right or treat it right. We ordered extra chicken in the burrito and didn't get it, there should have been rice and sour cream in the crunchy gordita crunch because we added it and again didn't get it, tacos should not be that severely broken, a crunch wrap supreme shouldn't be so thin. It's not that hard, especially when there are no other customers. Geez...I wonder why this location is never busy? WE DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! Unless of course you enjoy being disappointed, having to fix what they messed up/broke to the best of your abilities, and enjoy still being hungry after spending too much money on wrongly made/broken items. It would be nice for my other half to get off of work and be able to treat us, but with this location, it's never a treat.
When I went to Taco Bell I did not get a receipt for my food and I paid with my debit card not only that I asked her to repeat it more than once to make shore there was no onions put in my food and all of my food had onions which I asked for no onions and I tried to call and the phone rang at least 50 times and nobody answered it because I had to be to work I couldn’t go back at the time
Horrible 4 items wrong, 1 missing , already 10mins down the road, kids crying their food is wrong or not even in the bag , waste of money, had to make another stop to feed the family,just a waste of time and money , employees too busy joking around with each other to pay attention to making orders, watched it happen at drive thru window
Ordered 2 burritos on the mobile app. 1 Chicken quesarito and 1 chipotle ranch grilled chicken. It took 20 min in line just to get 2 bean burritos. I couldn’t go back to get my order corrected because I was already running late to work in Fresno. Very disappointed in this Taco Bell
Would've rated higher but my gordita crunches had sooo much cheese and not much meat unfortunately ? ?
Make sure they give you all your food and sauce. They like to tell you it's in the bag when it's not. They need to work with their employees making the food more. I go to taco bell a lot and my food was made wrong.
