The Howard Rd., Taco Bell seriously needs help. Every time I go, there seems to be an issue. The other day I wanted a sausage crunch wrap… they were out of sausage. Another time the coffee machine was out of order. Today I wanted an iced Cinnabon coffee and they were out of ice! I asked the girl at the window… How are you going to serve cold sodas? She replied we will give them the soda without ice and if they don’t want it… Oh well. Also, a couple of times they ask you to use exact change or a debit/credit card because they don’t have change. This location is close to my house and convenient but I will start going to the Cleveland location. It’s much better and I have had no issues with that one.
I ordered thru drive thur because I'm on a 30 minute lunch. Had to go back because they messed up on my order. I went inside and I just needed 1 item to be fixed and the cashier asked for my bag and thru all my food away in the trash can and said we are going to remake your food. First of all you could of donated that to the homeless smh.So she went to the cook's and told them and they remade my food. When he gave it back to me it was still wrong. I explained it to him and when he took it back one of the cook's started to say "What Now" and started to mumble. I'm sorry kid that you guys messed up on my order. If you don't like your job or you feel that you can't make people's orders right maybe fast food is not for you. Next time do it right and you won't have to remake people's food.
Definitely not a fan of their new policy I was told went into effect tonight. Friday April 29th 10:49 pm and yes Howard road is the correct location im referring to. So I ordered through the app which is a really good app. And selected drive through as the method for my pick up. It's 1030pm at the time. I was told by the young monotone lady at the drive thru that the new policy is that all mobile orders must be picked up in the lobby. I asked what if it gave me the option to pick up at the drive thru. She repeated all mobile orders must be picked up in the lobby. I then proceeded to ask if that includes non doordash orders and none carrier order. She confirmed that includes all doordash, non carriers, and carriers. So everyone including the customer. There was no miscommunication I promise you that. I will be following up to make sure that is the real policy. If it is then OK. It's a bad policy I'll move on. If not, this employee should be held accountable for the abuse of power and providing false policy changes.
I came to this Taco Bell to order dinner and when I got there, I waited for more than 20 minutes. No one bothered to acknowledge me or say to hold on, I was left there in silence as no one came to the register. All employees were just minding their own business and not even bothering to say hello and just ignoring their customers focusing mainly on the drive thru; providing the worst customer service I have ever received. Another customer behind us also left after seeing their disgusting service. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would but unfortunately that is not an option.
I cant be the only one that gets disgusting soda every time ? come on guys... so much water in it. I love the chalupas but I can't keep coming back ?
Food was great, service sucked the guy that took my order had a chip on his shoulder.
Not too happy with the cinnamon twists seems like they gave me the burnt ends of what was left ?

This taco bell location is pretty consistently great. Not sure if its the staff that's been here a while, but I think they always make the food the right way, and they are friendly here.
