Soda machine always down so you have to buy a bottles drink which is still not even cold maybe someone forgot that it cost money to make money just saying I would likeA cold drink with my sandwich not a semi warm bottled drink

I bought full meal that includes one small drink and a packet of chips. The server forgot to add chips that I detected while eating. Don't forget to check what you ordered and what you got before you leave the place.

Very pour customer service! Went in today for a subway plater girl working stated I can’t order one it would have to be a ordered a day before. BS because I’ve ordered a plater before and it was ready in 20mins. I told her no I didn’t have to order a day before she said she had to call and ask her manager! Mind u it was not even busy at the time! She came back from the back said I can order but it won’t be ready until 1hr! I was already on the phone with the subway on Howard Rd placed my order with them was ready in 15mins! This other girl was just lazy didn’t want to do her job! She didn’t even apologize she heard me on the line with the other subway as well!

This is by far the best subway in town I’ve never had an issue there the staff is quick it’s clean and it’s my go to for lunch almost every day can’t be quick and clean service! I would definitely drive the extra timeTo get to this subway every time
