The coffee tastes burnt because they don’t clean the machines throughout the day.
Went in to pick up my mobile order and realized I had ordered the wrong tea drinks. When I let the staff know that I made a mistake and that I had ordered a drink that I’m allergic too, they absolutely corrected my mistake and were really great about it. I have been to many locations and this one is great. Staff is nice, but recommend to go inside to save time. In the drive through they do take their time and some items are not available in the app.
Excellent service . I don’t think I’ve ever been called by name when ordering in drive thru. The girl saw my name when scanning my app , and addressing me by name at 5am makes my drive to Sacramento a whole lot better. Thank you !

Experience was great but please make the chai taste better. I love chai but why it taste like milk. Ordered 8 drinks n 3 chai was all messed up. Drove 20 mins. Too many locations are close ?

They don't have a bunch of items available and the customer service it's not good ? I prefer to drive to the one it's next to home depot.
