Terrible!!! This has always been a go-to place for us…for years!! In the past year it has gone down hill. Tonight we gave it a go…..the burgers were awful!!! One small piece of lettuce, about the size of a pickle, full of ketchup, and not a drop of mayo….plus a 20min wait. The food was cold to boot. I don’t know what happened, but I hope it changes back to the way it used to be.
I ordered and my order never came to my stall. I added a water cup to my order and they delivered it but not my food. When I asked the worker (Esmeralda) how long it will take for my order to come she was very rude and disrespectful. I waited more than 30 mins before asking for my order.
This was horrible alll the way around. It took them 20 minutes to give me a greasy egg and uncooked tortilla, when I ordered a sausage burrito. I ordered a hot coffee and was given cold brew. Mind you, this is after Tatiana ignoring my order and telling me very rude “I already told you yes” when I asked if they still serve breakfast and her not responding. I know it doesn’t matter, this location stays backed up. Reading the reviews makes me realize how long she’s been allowed to treat people like trash.
I would award NO STARS if I could! This is the worst sonic ever! My son and I went to this sonic on our way home from LA. We stopped in about 7 pm ordered 2 double stuffed Oreo blasts. We sat in the drive through for what seemed like forever. There was no line. No one on front of us. You could hear the staff joking and messing around inside. When we finally got our blasts they were really soft. We decided to take put them in the freezer for later. When we took our blasts out of the freezer to eat, there was no Oreo in the cup at all. Only drizzled on top! The entire cup was pure ice cream. When I called to make the complaint I talked to Angela. She was unprofessional, rude and just kept talking over me. She said she was the manager. I can’t believe someone as unprofessional and rude as she was is the manager.Now I’m asked to contact an employee hotline. Yeah that fixes everything. I’d rather speak to the store manager themselves. Not someone not even affiliated with the location. That rude chick is still there!
Line was pretty long when I first pulled up. But went by pretty quick. Got me the new Oreo blast they are advertising and it is ?
Was very yummy and there milk shakes are very good too!!!Order at drive up and eat in your car.
They need more staff at this location or they need to close the parking and outside dinning because it's clearly overwhelming for the staff. We waited a long time for our order to be taken but there only two people working during peak hours. I understand it's a labor shortage so change the way you service people to accommodate.
I just love their slushes, brings back my high school memories of the Big Top!
Just slow in the kitchen but, love what I ordered worth it.
The food was made as Fast as possible. the service was acceptable. The food however being made as Fast as possible was thrown together. It was not as was to be expected. The breakfast burrito ordered here was not prepared well. As my wife says it wasn't even a 2 star stop today. It was nasty. The bread for the New York dogs was not prepared correctly either. It was torn and was not appealing to eat.
