This place used have a decent cheap sandwich and you bake pizzas. However, the revoling door of terrible staff and just unclean customers waiting area has me going elsewhere for lunch. The walls, floors and glass are all dingy and in need of some severe cleaning, I can just imagine what the back looks like.
love the service the girls there are super helpful and nice, some people might be impatient with them or disrespectful but they still manage to give the best service! definitely going back again.

This place has become so nasty n dirty I'll never go back! They never have pizzas made u have to wait for 20 to 30 mins not worth it at all .The workers are so rude /disrespectful!!!!!
The worst customer service! Do not waste your time here. Make your way to Papa Murphy's instead. They may not have a website but their info and menu are other places. Perhaps these nasty ladies should look into that and take incorrect info down. Note to owner: maybe your employees need to take a class in guest services!!! STAY AWAY
I read all the negative reviews before I went into Romeo's and My experience was the exact opposite I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant. My order was ready in no time at all and it was delicious I'll definately be going back more often
Prices expensive I'm right this in my 15 min wait at the front for 3 workers to make my order any one could but they've been talkingBad experience just go to lil ceasers or any other pizza place this is so dumb
There is only 2 employees there and no cashier no cashier everybody waits too long and you're losing business!! Get a full time cashier and your profits will increase your are losing business due to lack of staff.
They never answer the phone,, they don't get order right & very snobby employees.
Sandwiches are BOMB pizzas are good, but service ranges from Terrible to mediocre. Staff isn't as friendly as they should be aren't very polite. Customer service needs to be priority. Only reason it's still up and running is for the prices.
