Usually great pizza..sometimes pizza is great then sometimes it's just ok..depends on who makes it.
Always great pizza and I would have given 5 stars if it went for the terrible service I was given. I pre-ordered a X-Large pizza and I came in to pick it up and it took several minutes and coughs from myself to get the attention of one person to tell I was there to pick up an order. There had to be at least 10 employees standing around and making pizza in plain sight, but not a one looked up from talking to their coworkers to tell a customer that they'll be right with them.Great pizza that never disappoints, but they're costumer service was lacking yesterday.
I have been buying at this place for the past 13 years, and pizza is always delicious. Actually their pizzas got better these past months which makes the pizza one of the greatest!! . You have to try it yourself. The price is right for it's great quality, compared to other pizzas in town. The Pacifica salad is always fresh. I don't know why the negative reviews possibly the other pizza competitors trying to make them look bad. If the place is bad as the comments above then why so many people on the phones, and inside the store etc? . There wouldn't be 15 employees working at the same time. People must understand that this says that the place has so much demand because its good!!! ? ?
Ordered a large pizza and wings waited about 25 mins. The place wasn’t packed. Workers were standing around. When I finally got my pizza and got home it was cold and the wings had this awful taste. Not sure if something has changed with the staff but probably not gonna come back for a while
Said they ran out of wings, 6pm on a Saturday! The person who answered the phone has no phone skills, first she said they no longer make them and then when I get there she said they ran out. Fast food people want high wages but fail at customer service. Lost me as a customer. Social media goes a long ways. Step up your service Pacifica Pacifica, all this is not good for business.

Best pizza in Madera.I love how they stepped up their quality, and they're prices have been consistently very reasonable.Also love how there is a lot of staff here, and they're all always very busy bees.To the owner: whatever you're doing, keep it going!The only thing I think you need to take care of is the friendliness of staff.
I wonder if the owner even reads these reviews or cares. Obviously they have a huge problem with customer service but they never seem to address it. The food is good enough but the customer service is so bad, we will not go back. Ultimately it is the fault of the people who live in Madera to be willing to accept poor service and keep a place like this in business. Go some place else people, don't reward this owner for not addressing the obvious poor and rude customer service.
Pizza was wonderful and the delivery person was a great person not rude very nice
Called in an ordered an picked it up. They even helped me carry pizza to my friends car. Very nice employees. An pizza an breadsticks were the bomb. An it's homemade ranch not that generic stuff everyone else gives.
