I ordered my pizza at 7:55 pm on my email it said it would be delivered by 8:40. I called at 9pm and asked where my pizza was and they said it was coming out of the oven at that moment. So I said ok sounds good thank you! Here it is 9:30 and my pizza is still not delivered. So I call back and they said it was out for delivery I finally got my pizza at 9:45. It took almost 2 hours to receive my pizza I always order here and never have problems my kids were starving. Not satisfied at all. None of the employees even apologized for the inconvenience very rude.
This has by far been the worst experience I have ever had ordering a pizza. I'm out of town working 12 hours a day so I didn't feel like going out tonight , I ordered at 4:47 online per what email said and I FINALLY got my pizza at 7:00pm, and to beat it all , the pizza is cold as well! This is completely insane for a Sunday ! I called three times as well and was placed on hold twice ! I would give you a zero star if that was an option!
Been here multiple times haven't seen it this bad before. Soda machine isn't working the floors have some mask laying around and The restrooms had such a bad smell to em. Hopefully this gets sorted! The mountain mikes by gamestop is for sure the place to go!

I ordered on the app and went to pick up my order but it wasn't ready. Waiting 20 more minutes and then it wasn't what I ordered. They didn't even offer make it right so I got my money back and I left. Won't be coming back here.

Online delivery is delaying big time. Ordered at 5:03pm, it’s over an hour and a half later and there’s still no clue as to where my pizza is.The online tracker said it would only take 45 minutes to get here. My friends and I are starving at this point. Calling the restaurant once at the hour mark, was told it’s on its way. Second time, was put on hold only to be hung up on. Not happy with customer service so far but will update with regards to food itself if and when it arrives.
Hands down the most filling pizza I've had in a while.
