Pizza was complete raw dough. All they could do is offer me %25 off next order. I even said I could return with it in about 2 hours. So yup, no more ordering from here.
Will NEVER be a customer at this location again.1st - Our 1st visit we told them that someone in our family had a food allergy. Which they ignored and served our family with the item that my family is highly allergic to. This was after a long wait time. After having to wait for a manger they did resolve the concern 2nd - We decided to order again from them recently as the previously experience took place a few months ago. Maybe they were having an off night or was able to provide better training since this has not been our experience at other locations. Welp I was wrong. They arrived 40min after the “promised” delivery time. The driver walked up to the door with no mask and the food was cold. When I called to get a replacement since the food clearly had been sitting out for awhile, we were promised a refund for the inconvenience and a call back when the refund took place. Which neverk happened as far as a call back. I was offered the refund because I didn’t want the same driver to come back as that was the driver that had for the night.3rd I called back the next day to see if we were still getting a refund or what was the plan, which the young lady went to place me on hold to get a manager but actually hung up on me. Mistakes happen, so I called back. The manager got on the phone and was rude. She asked me “So what happened? What did you need?” I explained the situation in depth and gaveher date and time of the incident. She places me on hold to get approval, I guess. She gets back on to explain the process, no worries since I understand there is a process for these things and I was just wanting an update. I thank her for the information, which she responds, “mmhmm” and as soon as I say “have a great day” she hangs up on me. I’m guessing she was mad when I asked who was able to approve the promised return since her condescending response was “umm the owner”. I knew that, I was asking for a name, but ok. I appreciate “the owner” trying to make it right.Both times we have visited this location we have been met with unprofessionalism and long wait times. I get the food industry can be stressful but why be so rude when the mistake is on your business and I was not being rude to the staff. Customer service definitely isn’t a focus at this location, and I do not plan on finding out again, which we still never received a refund. Time to move on I guess instead of dealing with a rude manager after a week and half.
Verrrry long wait time even before the crowd, pizza under cooked (doughy) and honestly very over priced.
Orderdered few times from both location in madera and both sucks. The pizza is overpriced, not that tasty and arrive cold all the time.
Worse customer service the pizza is close at 10 PM and they were saying we cannot dine in at 9 :10 pm and saying you need the order for ake out or you want to cancel the order
Need come back again really soon!! Best first time coming here pizza was very phenomenal made me wanna go for seconds. Thank you Mountain Mike's pizza
Paid like 14 with a drink and there were like 10 people eating before I got there and only 2 pizza's out and the guys in the table across from me killed one, and the other was half gone. I got 2 pieces and a chesse bread. It took them 15 min to put out another pizza. 30 min lunch was gone, had to leave. Won't be back.
Food was awful and extremely expensive bought 2 pizzas hot wings Salad and 4 drinks and it was over $100 dollars. Never going back. Front staff was rude.

Ordered a LARGE McKinley and wings and I got a pizza that was literally just dough and pepperoni. I paid $40+. Plus tip and when the driver came to deliver the pizza I was going to tip again glad I didn't. Not mad, I am curious though; what happened?.
