This is the absolute worst McDonalds that I have ever visited. The drive they line is always super slow. If I order through the app they always tell me that my payment didn’t go through even though they already have my order ready and I always even up getting charged twice. Cashiers have no customer service skills and the Managers are just as terrible. I live right around the corner but I stopped going here and drive all the way to the Howard Rd McDonalds.
I mobile ordered a 20 pc nuggets as well as some other food items and when I got home I only had a 10 pc?I called and asked politely if I go back to the store with my food if they could correct my order I was then told they could comp just the nuggets or I could go in tomorrow to pick it up... why would I want my dinner for tonight tomorrow??? When I explained my frustration with that solution she (Stephanie I believe her name was) then got angry and tried to send me to customer support?? I'm sorry but customer support didn't screw up my order...This was TERRIBLE customer service and as someone who works in the food/service business I'm honestly shocked with how little patience this "manager" had. I'd be horrified to work here and I will gladly never return if that's the standard of employees at this location.ALSO CHECK YOUR FOOD... Because apparently they don't know how to count :)
Spent about 3 hours in the dining room and at no time did an employee clean a table, sweep or mop. In fact there was a bag on a table before I sat down and it was still there when I left.
The service here is terrible!! The drive thru is always backed up out to the street. If you do plan ahead and place a curbside order expect to wait 30 minutes or more to get your order. Lastly, this place can't get your oder right!!! Special orders get botched and items get left out of the bag. If your passing Madera looking for a meal go ahead and skip this place I'll save you a headache.
The fries were kinda cold and fried with old oil. The chicken sandwich I got today was darker than it needed to be. They are struggling over at this location due to the amount of staff missing. For this reason alone I give it 4 stars instead of 3. The servers were cool.
Can't complain it's McDonald's ??? love their ??????. The only thing is why have the doors been locked ??? You know sometimes gotta use the bathroom before ordering..
The place is neat and clean and the staff is friendly and the food still tasty and good especially the bts meal
Ordered through Door Dash and when I got order which was supposed to be McRib combo there was no McRib sandwich and I was not refunded for it. Called store they said that it was discontinued but I was able to put in order for it. Not ordering again from McDonalds.
Love going to this McDonalds the people who work there are awesome there fast and friendly and the food is fresh .
I only go there for the coffee when starbucks is closed. Everything else tastes bad, especially the burgers. I don't get why people love going there.
