Worst experience at this McDonald's never ever would I be going to this McDonald's again in the Drive-Thru 20 minutes due to the fact that the app was not working when I get to the window thinking they the WORKS will help me NO! I never had that problem in any other McDonald's. To top it off the Work very unprofessional and using fighting words towards me started saying what did you just said, when I was telling my mom inside the car that I was ever again coming to this McDonald's she started attacking me over the drive-thru asking me what that you just said! what did you just said!!!! until I finally say yes I said I'm not going to ever come to this McDonald's ever again. And none of the managers came forward and said anything I talked to one of the managers which he said her name was Jasmine. I emailed the main McDonald's and I will follow up with a call too. No customer service very rude unprofessional stuff.
This particular location has by far, the absolutely SLOWEST drive thru line I have ever seen in my entire life. Each and everyday, without change. They REALLY need to get this fixed. I simply can NOT go to this location on my lunch breaks because my break is OVER while I'm still in the drive thru line. That's crazy!
This location and the one on Cleveland are the worst. Both places take forever to get anything done. I went in the morning and saw like 3 cars in the drive-thru and decided to go inside instead. There was one customer ahead, so I thought I was going to be able to go in and out easily. But I was mistaken. They literally took 20 to 30 mins to help out one person, and I was short on time before heading to work. From what I saw, no one knew what they were doing and confused.
I have never liked the franchise in general, but today's experience at this location was remarkably bad. We waited over 5 minutes at the counter to order, with two employees in plain sight who did not even acknowledge us that whole time. Not even a 'hello'. They were obviously very short staffed, but did not have to be blatantly rude. An employee announced while we waited for our order that the lobby was closed to someone coming in.The bathroom was filthy with trash on the floor, no toilet paper or soap.The glass entrance doors looked like somebody wiped their child's behind on them.I have been in short staff situations before, but rarely have I seen such pathetic customer service. I pity everyone who works for this establishment.
This Oakhurst location used to be better, now their milkshake machines are down often during peak times. For the lower end of fast food restaurants, this is jot good. I will throw out a caveat, their milkshakes are the best. The price of the shakes are really good also. Just focus on a good value, and hot food that tastes goid.
