Went literally at 950am the doors were locked costumers were inside. One of em opens it up we go in. One of the workers say we aren't letting anyone in.. I'm confused one of the customers told me "they were open but don't want to attend to costumers for some ". The worker comes up to the costumer in a loud tone "ARE YOU LETTING THEM IN!??" She goes no and we left. This has happened before. It's like they are getting lazy. Don't want to serve no one.

Slow service, probably understaffed and likely underpaid. Clearly a poorly managed restaurant. If you order through the drive thru they will ask you to pull your car around and wait out front for 20+ min so their drive-through wait timers still look good. Customer service is not first priority here. 2 star because food quality is will on par with other McDonald's. Still, avoid this location unless you have no other choice.
Took 28 mins to get food and lady was rude that we asked what was taking so long? Warm milk...had to toss it
since kid my mama used to bring me in mcdonalds their food is super tasty and the staff was still nice until i grew the food has upgraded even the macdonald its more tastier and more staffs awesome
I once order me a Big Mac value pack. It was supposed to come with 2 Big Macs, 2 small fries, and 2 10 piece Chicken Mc Nuggets. When I got my food home, one of the Big Macs was missing. This happened twice.
Placed a mobile order and put curbside pick up. Put that I arrived and was at parking stall 3. Waiting over 20 min before going inside and telling them I was waiting only for them to try and say it was a in person order but still didn’t give my order for at least another 10-20 mins. This order took over an hour! When I finally received my order they couldn’t even give me fresh fries, my fries had been sitting there who knows how long and are now extremely cold. This McDonald’s has horrible service

I don't know why the changed the Layout of this place it was fine the way it was.now its just weird.but whatever and whats up with THE CHESSE NOT BEING MELT ON MY CHEESEBURGERS??IF I WANTED A SANDWHICH I WOULD OF MADE ONE AT HOME.....
Drive true is ok wen u on ur house and just want to get something to eat at home
