On July 22, 2022 at 9:50 Pm I came to purchase a strawberry drink which tasted disgusting and expired. I vouched my concerns to the employees and the manager at that time. The manager refused to change the drink because to her it tasted “just fine” also she did not offer me a refund. I do not recommend this place; they do not care about customer satisfaction. 0 Stars
Great ice cream and lots of good flavors.
First time at this place.I ordered Hot Cheetos w nacho cheese . And a Luke warm coke bottle. But the manager asked if I needed a cup of ice.. I said yes. Employees are very he helpful and professional. Thank you for going above and beyond. I gave them a 5 star for hooking a brother up. Thanks
Staff very rude and unprofessional, hours state they close at 10 pm yet they close there doors at 9 pm. Today March 28th around 8:30 pm I went in with my family and the girl told me they were closing. I was like your hours clearly state that you close at 10 and she rudely replied that they just finished cleaning up and that they were no longer serving yet Cleary there front door was still open and other ppl were still coming in. This is the second time they do something similar and will no longer go be doing business with this place.
I love their ice creams because they are locally made and there is so much varieties to choose from. Everytime I walk in there it's like walking back into Mexico with the decorations and the vibes inside here. I'm always surprised with the new concoctions they come up with and knowing that they will be delicious
if your order online they don’t follow instructions and they send you what they think you might want and even tho you tell them to contact you if they don’t have any specific flavor or item they don’t even bother to contact you about the order, also their ice cream sometimes has a sand like texture which is not good not smooth at all! ?
place is severely understaffed, sometimes I see one girl with up to 10 people in line, it’s the owners job to hire more staff, customer service is very kind, polite and inviting, only problem is lack of staff which is ridiculous considering how much clients they get and how famous the store is online, will not be returning until more staff is hired.
